“Best Part about our trip to Barcelona”
As other reviewers have mentioned, the free mini-bar was great. Though the room was small, it was pristine and decadent. I would go back to this hotel on my next trip to Barcelona. The front desk attendants spoke perfect English and were very helpful. I can't say anything bad about this hotel!

“Great hotel for the price”
My wife and I recently spent three nights at the Confortel Auditori in Barcelona. We were looking for a modestly priced three or four star hotel (i.e., not the lap of luxury; just a place to rest our head) offering a comfortable, clean environment to come back to after long days of sightseeing and this hotel exceeded our expectations, especially in light of the price. The room was not huge, but it was very comfortable and extremely clean. The hotel is on a quiet street away from the main tourist areas, which is what we wanted. Barcelona is not a huge city, so it is easy to get to all the major sights from this hotel by foot or metro. Mini bar has free beer, soda, water, etc. and is re-stocked daily, plus there are two computers in the lobby w/ free Internet access to check e-mail, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

“Highly recommended - couldn't ask for better!”
Absolutely wonderful.. couldn't have asked for better. Extremely attentive, spoke in english which I was very happy about, very professional, timely with all wake up calls and cab calls... room was very modern, neat and tidy. Well maintainted, refilled mini bar every day... One thing I would mention, and maybe this is a europe thing... it was my first trip overseas... they don't have face towels... I ended up using the hand towel since I didn't bring any towels with me. Other than that... have a lovely time
“Five star treatment”
We had an off-the-chart satisfaction level with this hotel and its staff. The rooms were minimally contemporary and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms contained loads of toiletries--including razors and toothbrushes--which we really needed, because the airline had lost our luggage. The ten free beverages in the fridge were a great perk. I also dealt with six different members of the front desk staff during on one-night stay, and each employee dealth with our lost luggage issue with such care and concern--it was as if their OWN luggage was lost, or as though it was a hotel problem we were having, not an airline problem. I was so grateful for this, because they all dealt with the airline in Spanish, which I could have never managed. At each shift changeover, the next staffer knew about and had already contacted the airline for me. Even after we had moved on to Paris, we received phone calls from the hotel updating us on our luggage status. Wow. Many people lament how the hotel is "too far" from Las Ramblas. Trust me, that's a good thing. It's a such a circus there, and it is easily walkable for someone in good health, and is great exercise. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Barcelona.

Perfect hotel. Only downfall - the double bed was extremely small so opt for a twin!

“Would stay here again”
We thought this hotel was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was really hot when we visited and so the air conditioning and free minibar were a real blessing. Staff were helpful enough and we were always greeted with a smile. Hotel is a a little out of the way but a short metro ride or a 20 minute walk will take you to the main attractions.
