“Great location”
This reasonable hotel was in a great location for walking around the city. It was near the west end of Las Ramblas, and Plaza de Catalunya, and within walking distance of Casa Batllo and Casa Mira, two Gaudi designed buildings open to the public.
The all day buffet was good for travelers on a budget and had not great but adequate food. The dining room was worth the visit, Baroque in style with gilt, mirrors, chandeliers and french doors open to the street below. Ån elegant way to dine. The mattresses in the rooms we stayed in were excellent but the pillow were like pancakes. A very pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone going to Barcelona.
