The hotel was overall basic in its facilities, but clean with comfortable beds. Location is relatively convenient for walking or taking the metro to most central attractions in Barcelona. Downsides were: - Sink in bathroom clearly suffered from clogging. A tradesman associated with the hotel did attempt to fix this, with some success, but it appeared clear that the problem is likely to return quite quickly. The receptionist whom I had mentioned this problem to was unapologetic about the fact the sink was in such condition. - The receptionist was unwilling to commit to arranging for the clearing of the sink, and at least in my time at the desk she did not make a note in writing of the problem. It was therefore probably only by way of good luck that the tradesman working for the hotel had a good work ethic. - Related to the above issue, when I asked about changing the room to one where the sink drained adequately, I was given inconsistent information by different receptionists, leading to confusion and it becoming impossible to make the change. - As many other guests have commented the practice of obliging guests to give their key back to reception everytime they leave the hotel is very unusual and difficult to understand. The practice does not even seem to make access to the rooms more secure, because my friend returned home one evening to find that a complete stranger was asleep in his bed!

It was one of my best trips ever! Fell in love with the service and hands down Nora was the best and sweetests house keepers ive ever met in my life. If i ever head back to Barcelona, i would stay here again!

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört wenn jemand im Nachbarzimmer oder eine Etage über einem auf Toilette ist oder duscht. Die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen.

部屋の鍵解錠がしにくい。二重回しなんて知らない。説明受けてない。 部屋の床が綺麗に清掃されていない。 シャワーの出が弱め。 全身シャンプーのアメニティが付いてる。

Room was so humid and stinky. Price was also different from Hotels.com (more expensive). I really tried to spend as little time un the room as possible. Very depressing

Buena relación Precio - Calidad
Buena relación precio-calidad, zona concurrida con bares por lo que al acceso se encuentra rodeado de un ambiente pesado en especial en las noches o madrugadas (hora en la que hicimos check in), nos brindaron posibilidad de cuido de maletas, cercanía al metro y buses. Recomendado para un par de días, se paga por lo que se obtiene
