Highly recommended hotel in Barcelona city centerPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: Great location, big room, the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Cons: More lights in the room and a bigger refrigerator.
Location: Great location in the city center without all the noise. Closest Metro station is 5 minutes away, La Rambla is about 10-15 minutes away.
I strayed at the H10 Casanova for 7 nights with a friend as an early birthday celebration and we both enjoyed every moment of our stay. Our room was big, clean and we just loved the shower and tub combo. The hotel staff were very helpful and were always nice to us, they helped us order tickets online to attraction in the city and explained to us how to get to places in the city.

Nice and modern hotel.Posted Jul 22, 2014
We arrived about 11pm on a Tuesday and were delighted with how friendly and accommodating the front of house staff were. Even got a wee glass of bubbly to welcome us! The hotel is in a great location close enough to everything you might want to visit, but far enough away as to be fairly quiet and relaxing at night. We didn't make use of the hotel's facilities much, only dipping in the pool once and visiting the bar twice in a week, but overall they seemed nice and clean. Drinks are a tad expensive, but nothing out of the ordinary for hotel standards. Would definitely recommend H10 Casanova.

Good choicePosted Jul 19, 2014
Good location, managed to walk to all of the main attractions and as far as the port, from hotel and just away from the hustle of las ramblas. Really friendly staff, nice clean room and top shower. Rooftop bar is a nice touch although drinks aren't too cheap. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel close to La RamblasPosted Jul 17, 2014
Really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location for the centre . Only 5 minutes walk to La Ramblas and Placa de Catalanya where the hop on hop bus leaves from. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Lovely rooftop plunge pool and terrace , although a bit small. We didn't have breakfast included , so we used a wee cafe across the road which was excellent and very cheap . Only negative thing was the fact you had to pay €2.50 per night for a kettle for tea/coffee and even if you just wanted extra milk you were charged . Otherwise it was a fantastic stay.

Love the Roof TerracePosted Jul 16, 2014
Location: During July & Aug the Magic Fountain (with music and lights) is a must and only 20 min walk from hotel
My daughter & I stayed here for 5 nights in July. Ask for a room with on the higher floors as the road noise is quite loud in the evenings, however they've a clever double patio door system which cut out all the noise from the road. We had a small balcony but not much use really. Room was clean and really comfortable. We had room no 718 which was ideal as it was away from the lift noise and at the bottom of 1 flight of stairs to the roof terrace. Great for relaxing & a cool off after walking around the city but small so not ideal for children. We found the location perfect as 10 mins from Las Ramblas and close to the metro. Staff were really helpful with advice. We didn't eat there as lots of cafe's around the hotel serving coffee & a crossaint for 2.50 Euros instead of 15 Euros for breakfast at the hotel. We'd heard that the city beach (Barcelonata) was dirty but we found it lovely with nice beach bars & only took us 30 mins to get to (15mins on the metro & 15 min walk from there to the beach) . Very busy as you'd expect but nice if you want a break from sightseeing and catch a tan! Nice walk along a promenade to several other beaches which are all very similar.

Lovely hotel in a great locationPosted Jul 11, 2014
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the beginning of July and were welcomed by reception staff with a complementary glass of cava. All staff in the hotel were friendly and very helpful and our room was cleaned to a high standard on a daily basis. We particularly enjoyed a cocktail or two at the Sky Bar on the 8th floor which was a lovely area to relax after sightseeing in Barcelona. There is also a small pool/sun loungers for those who would like to take a break from sightseeing and chill out for the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and found it to be in an ideal location close to Plaza Catalunya and within walking distance of many attractions. We stayed 'room only' at the hotel and therefore cannot comment on the quality of food.

Good Hotel fairly centralPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: clean modern rooms with timber floors. The wi-fi was excellent and free
Cons: The room service menu didnt appeal to me and the bar fridge is very small. There are no in-house movies and limited english TV channels.
Location: Lots of little eating places nearby for those late dinners and a bakery. There are no in-room tea and coffee facilities.
Very helpful at reception and the room was clean and modern. Fairly central to La Rambla, but if you are walking back and forth a couple of times a day it can be a little futher than you want. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous! but it is on a sloping floor. There was opening door out onto a very slim ledge, but I saw this as a positive. The rooftop bar and pool is very popular and great for a cocktail.

Good locationPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Modern in design and not to far away from the main centre.
Cons: A mirror over the dressing table/ desk.
Location: Close to the main centre, we did not really find any places of interest near the hotel.
Barcelona is a city on my list of places to visit. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Liked the roof top terrace, nice to chill out after a busy day site seeing.
