Great hotel. Was close the the Hop On Hop Off Bus. Service was excellent.

“Barcelona excellent central accomodation”

Good central location. Helpful staff. Quiet, small, simply furnished rooms. Very clean. Very adequate for city break. Good breakfast buffet for 8 euros. Would use again in the future. No issues with personal safety during the 5 days in the city.

“Perfect Locations”

The hotel is right on the central Catalunya Plaza, with La Rambla and the Gothic areas very close by. The hotel serves FREE food and wine throughout the day and has free internet access also. I could not fault it, other than the beds were slightly hard

“Rolling Beds!”

This hotel is adjacent to Las Ramblas so it was extremely easy to visit all the shops and see the street entertainment. The hotel was very clean and the personnel were extremely helpful. The only negative is that the room was very small and the mattresses were hard. There was a wood floor and our twin beds were on wheels. This meant that if you sat up in bed with your back on the wall, the bed would roll away from the wall very easily.

“Great location, clean, professional”

The rooms were a bit small but we were fitting 3 of us in with a roll away bed. Free internet services and right on the plaza that is part of Las Ramblas and near the gothic section. Great breakfast buffet too. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

“Ideal for Barcelona tourists”

Hotel was excellent - great value, spotlessly clean, perfect location for a short stay & handy for airport buses so we could maximise our time in the city. We had a triple room; two singles plus a sofa bed which was adequate though a little squeaky ! This made the room tight for space - apparently the three singles room was smaller still, which if true would've been impossible to stay in for three people. Security on the front desk was mixed; sometimes we were challenged on entry (but only had to quote a room number - pick any number !), and room corridors were deserted, so there *could* be a possible security issue, though i must stress we saw nothing of any concern. Had read reviews about noise - we had a rear facing room so no problem on that score, there was one night of noise from late arrivals but that could happen anywhere. Nice lounge on the 'Plaza' (mezzanine) level with complementary snacks and wine. Only grumble is that the free wifi connection was only accessible on the Plaza level, despite being visible on all other levels, the signal wasn't strong enough to connect - but hey, i didn't go to Barcelona to surf the internet and if it wasn't available at all, it wouldn't be a problem !

“Wonderful time!”

The hotel was better than I expected. Staff very friendly and helpful, clean, in a great location. Stayed in a triple room and was afraid of getting one double and one single, but the room had 3 beds. The beds were a little hard, but all in all, great hotel for the price! Would stay here again!!
