Cons: They should have arranged another hotel in the neighborhood
I chose this hotel because it was close to the railway station. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was a problem and they would have to send us to a different hotel. When we objected because we wanted to be close to the railway station the hotel staff said it would be easy to catch a bus the next morning to the airport. When we arrived at the new hotel they informed us there was no bus to the airport but that we could take a cab. We did have to take a cab the next morning and it cost almost $60 to go to the airport rather than the $10 it would have cost us for the train. The breakfast was not open until 7 and we could not even get a cup of coffee before heading to the airport

Brilliant servicePosted Aug 21, 2013
The staff were exceptional. I arrived and was not well and they could not do enough for you. On day two the staff knew my name. The pool lobby and rooms are great I highly reccomend staying here.

Modern and Stylish, Great value. A genuine 4 star.Posted May 14, 2013
Pros: Stylish decor and pool area
Cons: Location, although this is being very picky, it is very close to a metro station
Location: 5 mins from Tarragona metro station or sants station. On a busyish road but this didn't disturb us at all, even though our room was at the front.
The entrance lobby of the hotel is modern and clean, quite quirky. The staff on reception were extremely friendly and helpful, spoke very good English. We were offered a welcome drink of Cava on arrival. The hallways of the hotel were big, clean and attractive. The room itself was very modern, clean floors (not carpet), well decorated and very stylish. The room was plenty big enough with a nice ensuite bathroom and power shower. Blackout blinds allowed the room to be kept cool in tandem with the air conditioning, and also blocked out light nicely for sleeping. The dining room and bar were again stylish. Food was very nice, a la carte. Waitresses were very friendly. The pool area outside was again clean and modern and very attractive. Overall i couldn't fault it.

Fantastic servicePosted Apr 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
Excellent customer service, great staff, very helpful and attentive. Good location for main train station and the metro, not much around the hotel to do in the evening in the way of restaurants though.

reasonably priced quality acommodationPosted Jan 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
hotel room had sufficient and comfortable space for two people. Not many amenties aside from tv with a lot of stations. it was clean and there was no specific drawbacks aside from its location, which was far away from touristic sites. i chose it initially due to lcoation, close to train station and transportation hub. might be a great place for lastt night in the area or late night arrivatl into the area due to prximity of train station/airport. but not a great location for lulti-day stay to explore the area.

Awful location for Sight-seeing & Small RoomsPosted Nov 13, 2012 on Hotels.com
The H10 is a nice small hotel. It is located about a 10 minute walk from the Saints station and 7 minutes from the nearest metro line. NOT convienent for anyone looking to sight see. It took about 15 minutes for me to walk to the nearest tour bus stop. Also, the hotel rooms are TINY. All that fit in mine was a single bed. That´s it. Not even room to walk. On the other hand, everything in the room was very nice. They have excellent free prodcuts as well as a mini bar in case you get hungry. The service at the front desk is great and the grocery store next door is good for picking up some fruit or water. Overall--I wouldn´t have stayed here if I knew the location was so terrible!
