The Reception staff went out of their way to help everyone, including special meals for allergy folks, always smiling, however busy they were, The Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, the Dining staff went out of their way to help and worked as a great team. In the room there was not enough snacks in fridge ie crisp, nibbles as was provided before. Thanks to all your staff. The New Years party went well. It was also great to see H10 looking after their staff ie. the employees children being to a Christmas party/3 Reis

I liked the lobby area. We had to hang out for a couple of hours before our flight and it was very comfortable and cozy. Cinthya at the rooftop bar was a pleasure.

Not great area.
Not a great room and not a great hotel compared to other H10’s in Barcelona. Shower broken, room small for one adult and two children. Smoking around pool ☹️. Not a nice area to have base in. Staff nice.

The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.The pool was quite small though and very busy when we checked so we didnt use it.

We got woken up by loud construction right next to property at 6AM. They offered to upgrade us, but would get the same noise. Ridiculous…

Great spot. Only thing I could say was that the air conditioning doesn’t work well, but it was a cooler time of year so we were okay with it. Imagine in the middle of summer it would be quite hot in the room.

What I did not like about the property was that I could not control the room temperature. I wanted it colder, but the staff said it has a default temperature that cannot be adjusted. I had to sleep half-naked with how hot it was

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. But as others have said, the heat in the room is unbearable in the winter months. The solution is to open the window while sleeping, but then we were just breathing in cigarette smoke and pollution from a day’s worth of ongoing construction. Summer might be better, when the air conditioner is on. But if you don’t like to sweat through your PJs, please don’t stay here.

Great for business and pleasure
Hotel is perfectly positioned in between the centre of Barcelona and the beach. Whilst I was there on a separate reservation for work the first 2 days the conference facilities were great and the hotel itself was well maintained. The team working in the hotel were always more than happy to help. I felt safe as a solo traveller going to and from the hotel, and staying in the hotel itself. Only negatives were shower and screen looking tired, then the aircon wasn’t on across the hotel and even though it was November the city was experiencing warm temperatures. Having windows open unfortunately meant waking up at 6:30 in the morning with the city waking up. Would highly recommend either way despite the minor negatives. The rooftop views were fabulous and the pool was also lovely!
