Roof Deck closed with barely any noticePosted Jun 3, 2015
Cons: Notification as to closing roof deck.
Location: Great location, Barrio Gotic and El Born are within walking distance.
At the last minute, I switched hotels to H10 Montcada, purely based upon the roof deck views. At 5:30pm, I get in the elevator to go up and see a sign that the roof deck is closed for a private party that evening. If I had been informed earlier, I would have never switched hotels and would have tried to make other arrangements for my last night in Spain. The rooms were small. They are clean, but very tight. The breakfast was very good and the best I had in Spain.

Fabulous hotel, great locationPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: We loved everything about this hotel. Fantastic location to explore, stunning decor, friendly and attentive staff, very comfortable, stunning views an
Cons: Wifi speed could be a bit better
Location: The beach and Marina are within a 10 minute walk, or short trip on the metro. Las ramblas is 5 minutes away, as is placa de catalunya
Having stayed at the H10 montcada hotel in Barcelona, I must say how thoroughly pleased we were with this hotel. After a short 5 minute walk from placa de catalunya, where we were dropped by the airport shuttle bus, we were greeted by friendly staff, with welcome drinks. The staff enabled us to check in early and gave us a map and directions to must see areas. The nearest metro was less than 200 yards (station Jaume I), you can change on this line, to sagrada familia, the beach was in easy reach, an 8 - 10 minute walk, or the next stop on the metro. Las ramblas was a 5 minute walk, where the metro station (liceu) gets you the les corts for FC Barcelona. The hotel rooms were spacious, well presented and had everything you could want, as were the bathroom facilities. The roof top bar and jacuzzi are a must enjoy a cocktail in the sun, with fantastic, panoramic views of the city

Merci encore. Et que dire du copieux petit déjeûner!

Great hotel, great location.Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Location, decor, comfort, breakfast, roof terrace, the shower!
Cons: Room could of been quieter, the bathrobes had seen better days!
Location: Right in the hustle and bustle of the gothic/Born district, easy walking distance of the beach, ports, las Rambles and Place De Catalunya.
All in all a lovely hotel. Very well located, very stylish, wonderful attention to detail, breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful, amazing views from the roof terrace. The only points I could pick out are the room we were allocated was on the 2nd floor and there was quite a lot of noise from ground level, and the room was small but neither spoilt our stay, the room and bed in particular were very comfortable and maybe a higher room would if been quieter.

Perfect position for exploringPosted Apr 14, 2015
Pros: Position, cleanliness and modern rooms with lots of modern conveniences like free wifi
Location: The Gothic Area and Las Ramblas are so close and all the restaurants in the area that we tried were excellent. try the black rice paella!
We enjoyed the location of this hotel as we wandered into the Gothic Quarter every evening for dinner and really enjoyed the closeness and ease of walking around. The rooftop bar and view are lovely and the staff at H10 were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was on the 8th floor and was very nice but was a bit noisy even in the early hours of the morning. I realise we were right in the centre of the city and we expected that. We would stay here again but would probably get a room on the far side of the building away from the Main Street.

Pros: posizione, personale e colazione
Cons: Lo dicono che le camere sono piccole, ma non immagineresti che siano così piccole. una camera così non può assolutamente essere venduta come doppia!
L'albergo è molto bello, curato, pulito e centralissimo.

Good valuePosted Apr 3, 2015
Pros: Central location and breakfast.
Cons: Bedrooms a little on the small side.
This hotel provided an excellent base on our recent 3 day city break and its central location was convenient. Brilliant breakfast and extremely polite and helpful staff. Next time we would up grade in order to have a larger bed...but no other grumbles! Would definitely stay there again.
