The hotel is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the metro and a couple of stops from central Barcelona. Rooms were a good size, clean and tidy. Only issue was that the air con was set to heating (stayed early March) so rooms were very hot at night. Had to sleep with the windows open and it could be noisy on the street outside.

Staff was very friendly and helpful . The outskirts can be cleaner but most of Barcelona is riddle with graffiti and need to watch where you walk ( dog feces)

This can’t be a 4 stars hotel. Starting from the lobby, elevators to the rooms. Outdated, smelly, small, worn out towels, and uncomfortable beds. Location is weird, and parking is shared with other buildings(unsafe) Breakfast is a real joke :/

Not worth the price paid
This hotel is not worth 4 star, the location is good other than that noting was worth 4 star. - Breakfast area too tiny, Not too much room to move around. The coffee quality is average. Not worth the £12 charge. - Room comfort: not a single bottle water was offered. The bed is uncomfortable it made my back aches. The shower screen isn't fitted so the water does not flood the bath floor. I had to use DIY to fix it.

The breakfast area was too small and too many people at the time makes breakfast not pleasant and disturbing. One coffee machine for too many people, should have two machines at least. Overall, they stay was pleasant and the staff was amazing.

Very clean hotel and spacious rooms. We did have to move rooms 3 times due to AC issues but the staff were very accommodating and helpful with this and so it wasn’t too much of a concern. Llacuna metro station is a 5 min walk away and takes you to all key spots such as Sagrada Familia. Hotel is also less than 10 min walk from the beach which is a big plus. Very convenient and highly recommend to stay here.

My room was not the standards of a 4 star hotel. The reception when asked to change room did not allow it or cared about my dissatisfaction . They charged me the whole stay and we’re not flexible when i asked for me to only pay for the 1st night since they could not help me with a better room.

We wanted to stay close to the beach and away from bustle of downtown. Walking distance to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Close to breach half mile walk. Staff was great. Air conditioner worked great and the rooms were quiet

Stayed here for 9 nights, loved that it was walking distance to the beach so we didn't have to bring a lot with us, and very convenient to groceries/convenience stores and the metro. A quieter neighborhood farther away from the main tourist attractions, but we liked that. The room was spacious enough for two of us and the AC was thankfully cool enough to keep us comfortable during a heat wave! Only issue we had was that the room was a little dirty when we arrived, hair on the floor and on the towels, but we got housekeeping done and it took care of it. Overall we were happy with it and would stay here again.

Mostly good but not great
Great spot that felt decently central and close to most things. It wasn’t in the fanciest part of town but I always felt safe. The only bad thing was that they wouldn’t refund me when I changed my booking. I booked through a travel company and it was complicated. So that was disappointing. And I did come home one day to my door being left open. Not a common mistake (I hope) but I everything was fine and I had valuables in the safe. Everyone working there was super nice. Just sad I had to book an extra day at my own expense and the door situation. Good for the price.
