“Absolutely out of this world”
This hotel was the best we have ever stayed in, we were treat like royalty. It was a very relaxing break indeed. We would definitely return this hotel again. The staff were very smart and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
“Big Time Pampering”
This is a great hotel with even better service. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (something not too common in European hotels). The hotel had all the facilities you could ask for. It was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax after a travel packed honeymoon. The beds by the swimming pool were very nice and an excellent place to take a nap. I have to admit that I was a little bit disappointed that the hotel wasn't right on the beach and that it didn't have any beds on the beach. Other than that, I didn't have any complaints.
“Best of Barcelona!”
My husband, 21 mth-old daughter and I went on an extended weekend to Hotel Arts. Everything - from customer service to quality of room, food and amenities were fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5-star experience in Barcelona.
“l'un des + beaux hotel de barcelone”
chambre en parfait état, très agréable, de grande taille, avec écran LCD, chaine hifi, très bien0...
“Wonderful hotel!”
We stayed at Hotel Arts 2 weeks ago. I read some opinions that we would be treated differently because we made our reservations through expedia. I found that to be completely UNTRUE!! The staff is professional, friendly, courteous. Everyone speaks multiple languages. We stayed in a club level room. The room was spacious, clean and all amenities EXCEPT an iron and ironing board. The club room has a gorgeous view, with great snacks throughout the day! I especially liked that there was always Cava available! :) The wifi in the club room is free(very expensive to get in your room). The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Casino was fun(mostly b/c I won at the slots!) To play the tables you have to be dressed as though going to the Vatican..knees and shoulders covered and jackets for the guys. There is a hospital a few doors down so occasionally you will hear a siren, but bothersome at all. The Hotel is on beautiful Port Olympic Beware of pick pockets. Stay in the light, stay away from people at night. Don't let them get close to you and you'll be ok. Overall, we felt very safe here. During the day I ran the "boardwalk" with no problems. Lots of runners/pedestrians out. The hotel is about 2.5 miles away from columbus circle and La Rambla and further to from other sites. The public trans is easy...buses mostly in the area, but cabs are readily available. We will definitely stay here again and have recommended hotel to friends!
“CAN WAIT TO GO BACK”
I was a marveleous hotel i am willing to return EXCELENT
“Most Stylish Hotel in Barcelona”
The staff were really friendly and were impressed by the training and professional attitudes of everyone. The hotel is extremely stylish with wonderful works of art and attention to detail. Magnificent flower displays add a vibrant touch to the experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed with high quality sound systems and finishes. The bathrooms are huge and my family loved the shower. The hotel was on the hop-on- hop -off bus route which was helpful. It is close to the night clubs on the prom although not within walking distance to any shopping areas. It is a little out of the centre, yet suited our needs. I have already recommended it to many people.
“very nice - service with a smile”
very comfortable , very helpful, service great, very clean, large rooms for European hotel and spacious bathrooms. Did not enjoy the food at the "traditional" restaurants recommended by concierges , as well as the restaurants labeled "trendy". Trendy restaurants were much more flavorful (Restaurant Negro, Agua, ) but the traditional ones were more bland - Paiella without a lot of flavor. fruit at outdoor market at Las Ramblas, was delicious !
“Amazing Hotel”
Even with not too good weather during our eastern-stay at this hotel, it was just great. I have travelled a lot and lived at a lot of different hotels-but never senn a bathroom like this, also spacious rooms with B&O soundsystem/television systems!!! Although the building is ugly, it is a landmark together with the impressing fish-sculpture. Be aware-the pool is on second floor-not on the top.... Would highly recommend.
“du 29 ème étage une vue à couper le souffle!!!!”
grandiose!
