The staff were all excellent, kind, friendly and very helpful during our stay here. The location of the hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to see what the beautiful city of Barcelona has to offer. We were only a few minutes walk away from some amazing terraces, the Sagrada Familia was only around a 30 minute walk from the hotel, and there are a whole bunch of other sights and food options right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, 12mins walk from the nearest subway station. Room was lacking of natural light and bed was extremely squeaky. My Expedia VIP access was not recognised but I think this is due to lack of communication from Expedia so not the hotel’s fault.

Great quality
Good location friendly helpful staff good food. Worked well as a base on edge of busy city to explore. Roof terrace and bar was nice added element and fun to sit in Jacuzzi with distant view of Sagrada Fsmilia.

Hotel was great. The room was very nice with an amazing bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a taxi spot next to the hotel so it was always easy grabbing a taxi to get to places quick. Decent walk to all the main attractions.

Hot tubs, service & rooms were 10/10 !!!
Greeted by friendly staff, we arrived a little early and were able to safely store our bags before our room was ready. Our room was spacious, luxurious and modern. The bathroom had a bath and was lovely too. Unfortunately our room didn’t have a view but we were happy with the room and weren’t in there much because there was so much to do in the locality. The hot tubs on the rooftop are amazing! Also had a small gym - bar was reasonable prices for a luxury hotel. Would 100% recommend and will be back for another weekend again!

The reason we selected this hotel was their advertisement of two large rooftop hot tubs, a sauna, and gym equipment. Unfortunately, the restricted their use between 10am - 6pm and on some days the hot tubs were not operational at all. This was very disappointing. Other than that, it was a decent hotel, very competent and helpful staff, and a good location.

The front desk was very helpful, and the door person couldn't have been nicer. He pointed out the ramp for easy access to the lobby and made sure our suitcases were properly labeled prior to the cruise. The location was very good. It was a very nice experience.

Perfectly positioned hotel for max enjoyment of the city. No kettle or hot drinks option in the room (we had to ask), no iron, not window rot he outdoors. Staff and room were perfectly lovely.

Good location, needs up gradation of rooms urgent!
Have been staying at this hotel for over a decade due its location and ease (quick in and out) also has a good lobby for meetings. Shopping and restaurants close by. The roof top has a plunge pool as well. Rooms need to be graded, so does bathrooms, rust on towel racks. Corridor carpet needs a freshen up!

Superior rooms have walk in closets!
Our superior room was large with a huge walk-in closet. Lots of storage in closets next to the bed as well. The bellman/doorman was excellent. Helped us log on to the WiFi when we checked in and helped give directions to taxis for us. Would stay at this hotel again.

The check in and check out was fast and effective. Towels and bed sheets changed daily. AC did not work and in order to be able to flush the toilet you need a special technique. I had requested a treat for a friend for her birthday when booking and checking in and it has been forgotten about. Overall stay was ok, but I have expected more.
