“Great hotel”

Great hotel in Barcelona (although not near town but very quick and easy to get to). Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bar staff very friendly, breakfast deal good. Room very spacious, clean and tidy.

“Fabulous hotel.”

This hotel was incredibly clean and very modern. The rooms were spacious with an enormous, very comftable king size bed. All the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. They also spoke good english. The hotel was perfect for catching the tourist open top bus to view the city of Barcelona and there is a shopping mall with restaurants just down the street. We cant wait to return, especially to use the heated open air pool on the 23rd floor.

“A superb hotel overlooking the Mediterranean in the lovely new part of the city.”

The hotel is placed in a superb setting in the New promenade of the city on the Mediterranean Coastline. The surrounding area is extensively clean and you feel a sense of security in comparison to other parts of the city. The hotel itself gets top rating for it's cleanliness and comfort. The staff are more than helpful, friendly and accomodating, particularly in speaking English. The breakfast is just amazing and could not be compared by any other hotel I have stayed in. Top hotel in a top city

“Would stay again”

Had an enjoyable 3 night stay at this hotal. The room was clean and comfortable, staff in reception were very helpfull and most spoke English. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but the breakfast buffet did look nice. They also have 6 pc's for guest to use free of charge and you can print. Room was on the 21st floor with a nice view over the city but with only 3 lifts that go all the way to the top floors, it sometimes took a while waiting for a lift to arrive. If you're not good with heights, it is best to ask for a room on one of the lower floors as the back of the lift is all glass and on the outside of the building also to get to our room you had to walk across a all glass walk way which gave a lovely view, but again, if your not good with heights this may not be for you. Hotel is on the outskirts near a beach (10 minute walk away) but the metro is only 1 minute walk away so would be a good base for getting into the centre of town.

“Top of the Line”

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were modern and included most of the travel items received in newer hotel chains such as comb, toothbrush, shoe shiner, etc. The staff was extraordinarily professional and answered my many questions with a polite and professional demeanor. The area is currently being built up and will be a lot nicer once complete. Within 1 block is a large mall with a variety of nice shops to spend an afternoon shopping. Overall, I would gladly return to the Princess Hotel, especially for the extraordinarily inexpensive amount they charged per night.

“Nice European Hotel”

I stayed here four nights and feel that I definately got my money's worth. There was a great view of Barcelona city from the rooms floor to ceiling window. The furnishings are very modern. The Princess has a nice sauna, which was a great way to end the day after sight-seeing and shopping in Barcelona all day. They have a nice breakfast buffet. There were a couple of English language channels on the room's television. The hotel is in a very safe district of Barcelona. Directly next door there is a fantastic shopping mall that rivals anything that we have in the United States. The name of the mall is "Diagonal Mar" and there are many decent places to eat there, as well as a very nice grocery store on the lower level where you can buy all sorts of food & drink to bring back to the hotel room which is only right next door to the mall. The hotel has a couple of computers that are available for registered guests to use if you want to check your e-mail or surf the internet. I would definately stay at the Barcelona Princess Hotel again.

“One of the best hotels in Barcelona”

Great hotel in the perfect location. Just outside the main busy area of Barcelona, so is quiet but has two metro stations and tram stop right outside to get everywhere quickly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

“Brilliant Hotel”

We enjoyed our stay at the Barcelona Princess and would like to stay at some of the others in their group. We had lovely thick white bathrobes and slippers and the bath towels were nice and big and the toiletries were filled up each day.It is a lovely contempory hotel all glass and push button with a power shower. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot coment as we ate out each day so we could see the sites

“Wow”

My friends and I couldn't believe the quality of the hotel and the room that we received and the price was unbeatable. Very modern, art-deco with some great views of Barcelona. Two pools including a lap pool on the roof. Complimentary internet. We would highly recommend it to anyone
