“Comfortable and excellent value”

After spending hours looking for a hotel in Barcelona, chose this hotel because of the good reviews. Certainly a good choice and great value for money, pleased we chose this one. Everything was comfortable, no grumbles at all. Presently thinking about going back for 4 nights in December.

“Excellent hotel for price”

Very comfortable friendly hotel with nice décor and decent sized rooms. The breakfast buffet is very good, but you will be hard pressed to find the price! It is 8 Euros + tax at the time of writing.

“Excellent hotel”

The hotel was excellent in every way, the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was cleaned to a very high standard as was the hotel. Although I had room only, I enjoyed being able to sit on the roof terrace. The only negative was it was further from the metro stop than I realised.

A clean and comfortable space, the staff are both friendly and very helpful, they help us greatly to get about and see things. Much thanks to you all especially Rafael who gave great advise.

“A gem in Barcelona”

A really nice hotel just a little off the beaten track but easy to find and close to 3 Metro stations. Very quiet at night especialy as I was there during the festival St Joan which entailed everyone in the city setting off huge fireworks. Would have no hesitation in going back to both Barcelona and in particular this hotel

“Excellent Hotel, and Great Value for Money”

Title says it all, clean, modern, well serviced hotel. In a good area with plenty of shops and places to grab something to eat. Ignore the 'Two Star' rating, the rooms were as well furnished as many four/five star hotels back in the UK. I'd guess it wont ever get more than two/three stars due to lack of gym, restaurant etc but if you dont have the need for these facilities then this is the Hotel to visit.

“Lovely little hotel”

Very welcoming helpful young staff who were all happy to converse in English. Comfortable clean well appointed rooms and marble bathrooms with shower and bath. We would not bother with the buffet breakfast again as there are so many lovely little cafes along the same street serving morning coffee and croissants and next to the hotel there is a great general store. The hotel is a little out of the centre but it is just a short flat walk to most of the Gaudi sights including Sagrada Familia. It is also a 10 minute walk to the square where the tour buses pass so very easy to access other parts of the city. We were very plesantly suprised with the hotel for the price we paid and would thoroughly recommend it.

“Oasis of calm”

Hotel was appointed perfectly for our needs and a great haven to return to after a day's footslogging. Location not too bad, but next time might look a little nearer the old quarter but as we only had 2 days doing the tourist bit and 3 days at the grand prix, just being 15 mins walk from the metro was fine.
