“Great traveller's spot”

The hotel was easy to find, literally 2 minutes from Liceu metro station and just off a main tourist street in the city area. The room was very small but adequate for a traveller not looking to spend all day indoors. The building was reasonably modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The free wifi was a plus. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Ideal hotel for its location in the Gothic Quarter next to Las Ramblas (one block), the Boqueria market, near the cathedral, Catalonia beach and the harbor, but at night the prostitutes are also in sight. Very good care of the staff, I was in room 511 does not have windows to the outside, only inside the hotel, so my room was too hot even in the first days of April, the air conditioning did not work (I lit it and hot air out), they said it was an old system and was fixed for only heating in winter and cool air as programmed for up to late April when it was considered it was hot, the solution they gave me was to open windows and take a cold shower (solution I had done by not tolerate the heat of the room

“Decent Room for the p[rice”

The hotel was exactly what I expected. I chose it for the location and it's exactly what I wanted. The hotel is a small hotel right off the Ramblas. Service is adequate and convenient. The cantine is open from 8:00am to 10:00am for breakfast. the price is ok. The selection limited. My room was adequare with a clean bathroom and a small wall mounted TV. The price was good. Remember, this hotel is less than twenty yards off the Liceu Metro stop on the Ramblas. The Ramblas is active from 8:30am to approx. 2:30am and you will get all the noise and activity from the area. I wanted to be part of all that and this hotel's location provide access. Great location, decent room for the price!!!Raul

“Pleasently pleased”

Situated right in Las Ramblas you don't have to walk far to see the sights. Hotel was clean and beds comfortable although other rooms did smell a bit musty. There was a lift which was an added bonus as we were on floor 5. For the price and location I would recommend staying for a couple of nights at the most.

“Barely a hotel...”

Staff was great, but I've seen hostels with better amenities. Room was tiny and the shower was more like a hose in the bath. Close to Las Ramblas and the desk help and housekeeping did good work, just not a comfortable room.
