“Great Barcelona location”

We found the hotel to be a perfect place to stay during our visit to Barcelona. The location was perfect for seeing the sights of Barcelona. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room met all of our expectations.

I was very impressed with the city of Barcelona very clean and vibrant.The history is awsome I just love Barcelona. The people also very helpful.

“Exceptional”

We stayed for two nights and extremely enjoyed our stay. The staff spoke english and were all very helpful. We plugged in our Ipod alarm clock at 1 in the morning and blew the fuse. The staff were quick to help us out. The hotel is close to a lot of tourist attractions and public transportation. The rooftop bar has a view of the Sagrada Familia by Gaudi as it is only about 15 minutes away on foot. Just watch out for the continental breakfast, it was good but rather pricey. I would definitely stay here again.

“I love this hotel!!!”

This is the third time I have stayed here and I even had my honeymoon here two years ago. I always stay in the old part and I think it's the best hotel I've stayed in anywhere. For the price, the level of comfort and style is fantastic. I've alway found the staff very helpful and the lobby in the old part is beautiful. The rooms are light and very smart. The pillows are the most comfortable I've had in a hotel (white Hungarian goose down- I took the case off to have a look). The street does have lots of traffic but the rooms have double glazed doors and then external glazing so the sound is almost unnoticable. The area is a safe and smart area and a the hotel provided a peaceful haven when we were all walked out. Ask for a room facing the street in the old part of the building and I'm sure you won't be disappointed. I don't know what the new half is like but I didn't really like the style of the lobby. The staff said that the rooms are in a different style. I'm sticking with the old part.

Great hotel to stay in, superb location if you're on a short break and want to see all the main sights. Hotel has been beautifully restored and service is excellent.

Fabulous hotel with large spacious rooms, excellent attentive service and in a great location. 10 minute walk to La Ramblas with lots of choice of restaurants close by. Tourist bus stops just accross the road.

nice hotel with standard european sized rooms. it's a couple blocks from the subway and in a great part of town. an excellent place to stay.

Nice hotel with excellent central location on passei gracia. It is a solid 4 star hotel with a relatively reasonable price for Barcelona.

“Elegant hotel”

The hotel was very elegant and clean with excellent service. Also centrally located, on the "5th Avenue" of Barcelona, subway stop within steps of the door,it is on a main street so taxis were easy to flag down, and yet it was within walking distance of main attractions.
