“Excellent location on La Ramblas”

This was our second stay at this hotel in 2 years. Our first Non-Smoking room came with two ashtrays and a smoky smell. They quickly moved us to another clean non-smoking room. This was the only glitch we had with the hotel.

“Perfect to stay in the middle of Baercelona.”

Everything was organised perfectly. The location of the hotel is very good. You walk out the door and you're directly on the Ramblas. The metro station is a few steps outside the door of the hotel. Behind the Hotel you'll find the Gothic Quarters which is very nice to shop and have something to eat. A lot of pubs where you can have the nice refreshing beer you need after a long day in the heat of Barcelona.I can recommend this hotel to everybody as it is trly PERFECT.

“Good value”

We moved from another hotel in the Las Ramblas district and this was much nicer and similar in price. The room was modern and clean, and the bathroom was updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you like the party scene of Las Ramblas. I will go back, and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.

“Great value”

For the price we paid we got what we were looking for. The hotel was in very good condition and was well-kept. The location on Las Ramblas couldn't be beat. We were younger travlers and participating in the night life so the noise was no issue- those who are looking for a more quiet place to stay should be wary as some of the forward facing rooms are subjected to the noise of the Ramblas at night. Check-in/Check-out was smooth.

“I would return to this hotel”

The hotel was totally adequate for my purposes and I would recommend it to first-time Barcelona visitors.

“Great location”

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the Ramblas, which is great. Despite a prior request, me and a friend of mine got 1 double bed instead of 2 separate ones. The first room we have got was stinking from cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room according to the reception, but once asked, the room was changed to another with no cigarettes smell (but the room was definitely not ventilated... Ths staff was very polite and helpful. Generally, a very nice hotel for one night at Barcelona.

Excellent location, friendly staff clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Ideal for a short break.

“Not Impressed”

While the location was great, this hotel left a lot to be desired. First of all, they advertise private parking. This is only true if you have a small car. I even made a special request to reserve a parking space but was told that they only have a limited number and for small cars only. We drove a Picasso which is not a very large car but too big for the space. Also, our air conditioning started to leak during our last day. It was so bad there was a huge puddle of water in front of the bathroom door. We complained and nothing was done about it. We even mentioned it while checking out. At the very least we should have received an apology but received nothing. I would not stay at this hotel again, especially for the price we were charged.
