We loved it here. It was right across the street from the beach. Super nice close to many things. We rented bikes and went all the way down the water front it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast has lots of options and an awesome coffee machine.

The location is great! Right across from the beach and near to bars, clubs & restaurants. Very clean & the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend!!

I have complained to reception about loud music morning and night. Wouldn't happen too long but the room shook with the beat. At home I would have called the police.

Proximity to the beach. Price. Friendly and helpful front desk and service staff. Comfortable bed and great shower . The room walls were dirty. The curtains and chair were torn and the shower didn’t drain well and was rusty and looked dirty. Did not look as advertised.

Location is excellent, right next to the beach and very good connected to the city center. The staff is really hospitable and always at your service.The cleaning is a big problem there, even after a complain it was not properly cleaned. There are no toilet brushes there. For the breakfast was always the same food and bringing new quantities of it lasted for too long.

The hotel was well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t worth the money. It’s a bit out of the way but close to the beaches and waterfront. The metro is only two blocks away.

Lovely quiet hotel with a view of the sea. Very good value for money also and within a 20 minute metro of the city centre sites

The staff there were so lovely and friendly and helpful. The bathroom was wonderful with the blowdryer spot built in and big counter top and big shower. The pumps on the walls are eco friendly so less waste. And the mini fridge was wonderful to have. Had the best solo stay I’ve ever had to far! Deff want to come back here :)

The hotel is a in decent location, short walk from the beach and not far away from metro station. Big common areas, lovely breakfast, and a good size bathrooms. The one big negative, and we honestly don't unserstand how 4* hotel could neglect this to such extent, is black mould all over windows and the outside facing wall. Not something that grew there overnight. As much we can appreciate condensation and humidity in January is high, this possess health issues and the cleaners can deal with it when they attend to clean the rooms. The only thing to know is that rooms are on a smaller size with no wardrobe and the bed advertised as queen is a double bed and is shorter than regular beds. The mattress was comfortable to sleep on though.

There was no heating in my room in cold weather
The property is located in front of the beach with a nice view and walking distance to beach. I visited in january in cold weather and the centralize heating was not working . I had to spend the night in cold. The hotel only has 1st floor . there are no higher floors available .A little far from the centre of the city . But overall a clean hotel in affordable price at a nice beach location.

Room was small, no wardrobe, mouldy and bare dusty. Polite and helpful staff tho and very good location if you love the beach. Been there every year for the last 5-6 years roughly and this was the last time when I'm booking with this hotel.

Staff were excellent, I requested a room furthest from lifts/entrances and they gave me the one right at end of corridor. Also efficiently sorted a minor issue with the room safe being left locked open by a previous guest. Let down by the poor quality of the building, walls are paper thin and you hear everything in next room and external noise from traffic etc.
