This hotel is a great location, the staff are excellent and helpful. The hotel lobby has a great layout and atmosphere with free coffee and a variety of teas. The rooms are good and the daily room service is excellent. The main issue is no A.C. The staff said this was because it was winter. But if you open the window the road is too noisy to sleep and if you close the window there is no airflow - too stuffy. A four star hotel should have A/C available at any time of the year. The hotel and staff are excellent apart from the A/C issue.

A nice, small hotel in Gràcia, Pol & Grace sits between 2 major subway lines, 3-minutes from the Plaça Molina L7 station. The comfortable reception area is adjacent to a bright, well-appointed guest lounge with tea & coffee and places to work, read or hang out. We particularly appreciated Luria’s help checking us in, helping us navigate the neighborhood and arranging a taxi to get us to the airport. The rooms are smallish but nicely renovated, and our bed was comfortable. The hotel also has a large roof terrace with plants, lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas. It’s just so nice to be up on a roof under the perfect Barcelona weather. Also, the hotel is only a 6-minute walk from architect Antoni Gaudí’s first major commission: the inspired Casa Vicens.

Buen hotel pero a/c no se sentia
El personal del hotel muy amable. El hotel está muy bien conectado en una zona muy agradable. Mi único problema es que en mi cuarto hacia mucho calor. El aire acondicionado no se percibía. Lo reporte y me dijeron que era por ley pero estuve en otros dos hoteles y la temperatura era agradable y si se sentía el a/c. Así que para mi era incómodo en la noche porq se sentía calor.

En cuanto al aire acondicionado, le informamos que el Gobierno español está bajando la temperatura de un acalorado debate sobre la limitación del uso de aparatos de aire acondicionado. Desde el pasado 2022, el aire acondicionado debe estar máximo a 27C en la "temporada de verano", como parte de una campaña para reducir el consumo energético del país. Recuerde que nuestros recepcionistas trabajan 24 horas al día para atender sus necesidades. Podríamos haberle cambiado a una habitación interior o incluso traer un ventilador extra a la habitación. Esperamos que la próxima vez su estancia sea aún mejor.¡Saludos de todo el equipo!

Buenos dias Roy, Lamentamos profundamente que esta sea la impresión global que tiene de nuestro hotel. Somos conscientes que por su parte reportó una avería de la caja fuerte y nos consta que el técnico de mantenimiento en cuanto tuvo la ocasión se cercioró en arreglarlo. Es una lástima que a pesar de haberle dado también la opción a cambiar de habitación para no tener que esperar o de incluso aceptar un reembolso completo de su estadía, tuviera comentarios inapropiados o insultos hacia el personal. No es para nada la filosofía de nuestro hotel y como habrán podido comprobar en otros comentarios de otros huéspedes, disponemos precisamente de un equipo súper empático y humando dispuesto a ayudar siempre. Una vez mas lamentamos no haber estado a la altura pero en ningún caso justifica ciertos comportamientos. Saludos, Director General

Really cute neighborhood, wonderful hotel.
I loved this hotel! Not the most central neighborhood but a beautiful local one at that. Loved walking the streets, shops and cafes. Hotel staff were fantastic, room fantastic, free coffee fantastic. I really enjoyed it and I will be back!

Great staff, aesthetic and location
Had a great stay. The room was surprisingly spacious, and well-styled with (presumably) local artists’ works on the room’s wall as murals. Highlight was the staff, who were lovely to talk to and did everything they could to cater for various requests, despite many of the food and drinks facilities being unavailable due to COVID restrictions. Overall, great spot to stay explore the city while also being a nice place to chill out (read roof terrace) at the end of the day.
