“Very comfortable hotel”

I travelled with three teenagers and we stayed at the Hotel Icaria because I liked the location - close to the beach, shops and restaurants and only a short very convenient bus ride into the City Centre near Las Ramblas. A very nice hotel - good breakfasts offered (if maybe a little overpriced), but would stay there again.

Close to the beach, inexpensive and quiet at night, though a tiny bit far from all the action, a great hotel for the money! right next to first hop on hop off bus stop. Enjoy

“Very efficient, well run hotel with extremely helpful staff”

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, having chosen in for its swimming pool and proximity to the beach. The staff were really helpful, the breakfasts were great. There was room service and bar service at the pool side. The pool and pool area were immaculately clean and the room well furnished, clean and with wifi freely available. The location was convenient for beach and city although immediately around the hotel there is nothing special, but the red tourist bus route and the bus to the Ramblas left from almost outside the door, so great access. I would highly recommend this hotel for business, family or couples. It caters well for all.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Very modern and exceptional facilities (hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, gym and much more). The rooms are very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The hotel staff are brilliant (speak excellent English) and are at hand 24hours a day. Very helpful and offer great advice on what to do. The location is great aswell, less than 5mins from a small shopping centre and the beach. 10min walk away from the clubs and casino! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and would definately stay here if I return to Barcelona 9.5 out of 10!!!

“Brilliant Hotel for Short Vacation”

We stayed at the Hotel Icaria for our first visit to Barcelona (6 nights) and were extremely pleased with our choice. The buffet breakfast is simply fantastic, as well as the service at reception and pool area. The free Wi-Fi Internet is generally OK too, but best used just for email & web browsing rather than live streaming! We'd definitely recommend the Hotel Icaria and will stay there again if we ever visit Barcelona in the future.

“Very nice hotel”

Very nice hotel with good rooms. 20-30 minutes walk to the centre of Barcelona but bus stop is just outside of hotel and about 500m to the neares metro station. Quiet area around the hotel.

“Right near the Beach!”

This hotel was in an excellent location. A 5 minute walk to the beach, away from the tourists but a 5 minute bus ride to La Rambla. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautuful and the rooms very new, clean and modern. The pool and gym in the hotel was also a big plus for me. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel room for 3 spacious, third bed not the most comfortable but fine, room very clean, fresh towels every day, breakfast excellent, staff very friendly and helpful. Location ideal as a short walk from the centre but in a nice quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very convenient to the beach as well as the public transportation lines making it easy to get anywhere in Barcelona. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean and the staff was very helpful. I'll recommend it to my friends.
