“Barcelona experience”

Spacious room, outstanding breakfast, close to everything. Aerobus is close by. Even our day tour guide said this is one of the best hotels to stay at. Staff spoke English and were extremely helpful!

“Would definately recommend”

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Jazz in August 2008 for 3 nights. We had a lovely room, excellent location very quick walk to the main street and shoppping area. It was a little street noise at night, but nothing to worry about. We had free Internet access which was great and appreciated. The pool area was nice. We ordered coffee's in our room and got a large pot of coffee, not just a cup. The only minor complaint, we didn't get a wake up call as ordered.

“Super Hotel with Super A/C”

Hotel Jazz is well located, well appointed and extremely well air conditioned (a big big plus for the summer in Barcelona). Friendly, helpful people at the front desk. Only significant negative was the WiFi internet access, which didn't work at all for us despite the staff's attempts to help. Confirmed that this was a problem for other guests too.

“Very Pleasent”

Hotel was fine minor problem on arrival as we were given a double room when we booked a twinn, however our room was changed straight away. Hotel was clean and newish and the breakfast was very good. Air con was very quiet too. Location was great to explore the city and connect to the airport.

If we were to return to Barcelona for any period of time, the Hotel Jazz would have to be given given serious consideration.

“cool calm oasis”

This was a super hotel! It was very close to the "action" in Catalunya Square and the Ramblas but very peaceful, cool and quiet. The staff were very efficient and polite. The bar was a little lacking in atmosphere but this was welcome after a lively night in the city.

“Perfect!”

We were very impressed with Hotel Jazz. The location is perfect, right near the drop off point for the Airport bus, close to La Rambla (5 mins walk) but without being too close. It also has ATMs right outside the hotel, a Starbucks very near-by and shopping within 5 mins walk. Importantly, the hotel is modern and clean and our room was superb: well appointed, large and with all the comforts you could want (including free WI-FI, excellent toiletries and a fantastic roof-top pool) We would highly recommend this hotel, there is a reason why so many people rate it 5 / 5.

“Impressed-Will go back”

Hotel was centrally located.Easy access to bus and metro,within yards of Las Ramblas and shopping.Friendly staff. Checked out at 11am and was able to leave luggage in secure area until the flight.The staff will call a taxi if necessary. Did not eat in hotel as there are many restaurants around. Will go back there
