The counter staff were really sweet and allowed us to check in earlier as our room was available. There are many food options around the hotel and especially in the mall. Would definitely come back to stay here.

It is a nice and affordable accomodation. Conveniently located across a shopping mall, with numerous restaurant options. Metro station and other mode of transportations are also nearby. If you’re looking for a safe and decent place to stay, I highly recommend it.

Comfy beds, very clean, centrally located within walking distance and to metro. Parking opposite in shopping centre. Reception staff were very friendly and professional.

Good Hotel with Great Staff
The Onix Fira had a nice size room, price was good, it was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only problem was Wifi in the room. Internet connection worked in their business center area only.

The location is excellent. It is close to public transports and all major attractions of the city. The personal was super nice, immediately responded on my needs and answered all the questions I had.

Horrible hotel!
We waited over half an hour to get checked in. There was only one other person in front of us, but only one desk clerk working. Extremely slow! The lobby area is shabby! The furniture was actually in tatters. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had to change plans and the hotel would not change the dates of our reservation. We did not want a refund, just to change the dates. No. That is very bad business. Don't stay here.

Great locationnext to the Arena. However, the room does not have any water boiler. When asked, the reception insisted to have Euro deposits ONLY (Credit Card deposits and even USD deposits with much higher equivalence values NOT acceptable !?). Unfriendly and unhelpful for such small request.

The area was nice. The hotel is definitely not worth anywhere near the 300.00cdn a night that We paid. That didn't even include breakfast which was another 25 euros per day for the 3 of us. Not worth it. Not much variety.

Don't Worth The Money and Lousy Service Ever
I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel room is old and the built in old hair dryer almost got my hand burnt before i got my hair dried. Luckily the staff has a spare one i can borrow. The water spilt out from the bath tub (glass divider is not working) and flooded the toilet floor after a shower. Oh ya, the toilet door corner is cracked, too. Was hungry in the midnight and would like to have some hot water to make a cup of tea but they cant provide hot water. Asked the front desk staff to make a call for cab after check out and she told me:"my colleague called few days ago but cant get through the cab service center.." i will say, only stay if you just want to have a sleep, only the bed is comfortable. I think i can simply find a better hotel with usd 150 per night.

Requested a smoke free room, right next door they were smoking and the smell came through to my room. Bathroom smelled and very noisy with thin walls.

Prospective is eveything
The pictures where somewhat deceiving, the pool was tiny. The rooms old, the double room was twin beds. However reasonably comfortable and close to transport. If I had known dealer I would not have paid the amount I paid.

I had amazing time in Barcelona as this hotel is very closed to subway station and very close to airport shuttle bus stop. Awesome bars near by Perfect location
