Nice, slick and modern hotelPosted Sep 9, 2014
Pros: Ice cool air con and great security - lifts only work with a key card and a long and narrow reception means it felt very secure.
Cons: Roof top bar quite pricey - but maybe that's because we drink too much!
Location: The heart of Barcelona's best shopping street, close to all transport links and great bars/restaurants nearby
Great location just 4 blocks from the airport train stop at Passeig de Gracia - hotel is very modern, clean and the rooms well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooftop terrace bar brilliant for evening drinks and for the price was extremely good value. We will return when we next come to Barcelona

Excellent Hotel, new, perfect for familiesPosted Aug 8, 2014
Such a nice hotel. Travelling to Europe with kids is not always easy. we had 2 conjoinning rooms like a suite, which gave us privacy but allowed us to feel the kids were safe. Great location. Steps away from the Pedrera. Friendly staff.

SatisfiedPosted Jul 13, 2014
Arrived one day late afternoon & room uncleaned, another day no coffee, sugar & cream not replenished. Rest of the days happy with the cleanliness of the room. Reception staff are not bad at all.

fantastic hotelPosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: think the above says it all, clean hotel, nice rooms, great location, great views from bar.
Cons: maybe a little more storage, but only if you were going for a week or more
Location: lots of bars, restaurants, pavement cafes all very local,100-200yards,two great metro stations.you can be on las ramblas, waterfront or beach in 15mins
great hotel, cant think of anything negative to say(maybe a little extra wardrobe/drawer space maybe?but thats being ultra picky !!)clean hotel, great room,we had a garden view and it was fine.walk-in shower in modern bathroom, beds changed every day, did'nt have breakfast etc so can't comment on that, but superb location less than 100 yards to nearest metro and 200 yards to next one in opposite direction,(which also served by main line train from airport).loads of restaurants/bars very close by,and as for the roof top bar.... why this place isnt listed in top 5 in barcelona i,ve no idea?!, absolutely brilliant, really relaxing(and we did try 3 of the others and kept coming back here as it was best ! ... roof top bars are one of the things my wife and i always explore),Katerine&David, bar staff were really nice,.....and.great views over city as south facing, hotel doesnt have a pool, but hey you can be in the sea within 15mins on metro !!.would definately recommend this hotel,we'll certainly be going back.

Things were great. Hotel is a little small (upgraded to a suite so never saw the size of the true guestrooms), but the staff was very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. One block from La Rambla.

This hotel was the best we stayed in over our whole vacation. Staff extremely helpful, rooms good sized, quiet, and have great black out blinds. The view from the terrace is the best in Barcelona. Close to Metro, buses and train. Located in upscale shopping neighborhood (think Rodeo Dr) but within close walking distance to cute boutiques, consignment shops, and both large and neighborhood bars and restaurants.

Great location and always helpful staff!Posted Jun 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Doesn't look like much from the outside but cool and modern with style on the inside. Interior reminded me of the hip 101 hotel in Reykjavik. There's a quiet but spacious garden to the rear of the hotel. Good for breakfast in the early morning sun! Central location with easy access to Metro network.

Great location.. Right on a main strip with shopping and tourist attractions very close. The rooftop bar is magnificent, but watch out! The overpriced drinks we purchased had little to no alcohol in them..:) Rooms are great and clean
