“Quiet, nice location, apartment feel”

The hotel is on a nice location with walking distances to many of the sites and ramblas such as the Ramble de Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Its a great place to stay if you want the quiet, apartment feels less the kitchen. The room, however, was slightly awkwardly designed. There is no safe big enough for laptop, on the contrary, it was just big enough for a few small object. The bathroom was a very odd design, no door or curtain that separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The hotel room was a nice size. The staff was very nice and helpful. No room service but many tapas bar and restaurant was within the area, a few blocks down the street is Ba Ba Reeba... awesome tapas and great food!

“Trendy Hotel”

The boutique hotel is strategically located @ Passeig De Gracia. I enjoyed the 'Ask Me' services. It could be even better if the price per stay includes breakfast.

“Great Location”

Prestige Paseo de Gracia is located in the most popular street of Barcelona, I can't think of a better location. Despite being on one of the busiest streets, out room was quiet. The design of the rooms are very modern and stylish. The stuff was quite friendly. The breakfast is very nice but expensive.

“Fantastic Location!”

The hotel is small but very nice and clean with a great location, very close to Casa Mila, Casa Batllo. Walking distance to Plaza Espana and Las Ramblas. Although I didn’t use the subway I noticed that there is a metro station right in front of the hotel. If you like high end brands and love shopping this is the street where you want to be, also there is some very good restaurants and bars in the area. The staff was helpful and friendly, will stay there again.

“Nice and well located but do not bring your car”

Hotel very well appointed with nice rooms very well kitted. Service from reception was generally good with valuable restaurant recommendation, but booking of parking on hotel deal was not done as promised and costed delay when checking out. Parking was very expensive (33 Euros/day) and driving around Barcelona a stressing experience that I would not recommend, better leave the car at home!

“Good Location but better perks should make it a plus++”

Stayed in this hotel for 1 (one) night and really satisfied with its location at the heart of Barcelona. Hotel and room of very modern design within a historic building. Room was clean, but I had a rear viewing room on the second floor where I can actually see what the neighbors of the next building hanging for their laundry. Not a beautiful sight indeed. But, given the hotel location, who would actually stay in the room? One should walk down the main road of Barcelona, which is just 1 step outside the hotel main door. However, considering its pricing and perks compare to a 5 star hotel I stayed in Madrid at the heart of Madrid (Serrano / Colon area), this hotel is somewhat over price.

“Terrific location”

The Prestige is located on the "Fifth Avenue" of Barcelona. The spacious modern decor was very much to our liking. The staff was helpful. My only complaint was the extreme heat of our top (sixth floor) room. The AC didn't cut it on a warm summer evening and the windows did not open. The central location is walking distance to many sites. A block away from Casa Mila and across the street from Casa Batllo.

“Great location, idiosyncratic design”

The location was great; inevitably in Spain this made it noisier than a light sleeper might enjoy into the wee small hours. However, my room seemed 'over-designed'. For example, there were no free-standing lamps, and no light switches. Lighting control was via one of three user-unfriendly keypads, which gave 'mood', rather than 'useful' illumination, especially in the bathroom. The small enclosed (but unlit) balcony had the only seats, so was useless after dark. The a/c was noisy, but the windows did open. The soft drinks in the mini-bar were included in the price, which was a pleasant surprise, as I arrived late at night after a delayed flight. Free broadband and wifi is another distinct plus, especially as the B+O TV only had the tedious BBC World in English! Large and comfy bed and the usual minimalist Continental breakfast.
