“Not impressed at all”
The room was soooooo small, for the money that we paid. Definatly overpriced. Elevator goes between the floors than you have to carry your luggage to your room, I would never even consider this hotel again. The only up side is a free WIFI, and it was right on La Rambla , the city does not sleep until 4 am so do you.
“Overall ok, good location, friendly staff, bad sound isolation”
The location is excellent if you are looking to be clsoe to city centre. Its exactly opposite a metro station so thats good for commuting too. Staff was great and very helpful- went to some nice restaurants and bars that were recommended and was not dissapointed. There are free PC's with internet connections which i found very helpful. The only bad thing i would say was the fact that the rooms have terrible sound isolation. I could hear in detail what people would say when they were speaking in the corridors. I could also here the doors slamming each time some one would open one. Also the windows have bad sound isolation which made the noise from bypassers insert the room. the room was small for two people. Mostly geared to the young traveller with not an extended budget. For that demographic category, it is good.
“hotel on Las Ramblas”
The hotel is very convenient to all the sites in Barcelona. The famous market is across the street and so is the Metro. The Gothic Quarter is just around the corner. There is free internet on each floor with computers. The showers do not drain well, and I even switched rooms.
“Great Location, Great Comfort”
This hotel is one of the best hotel in that area. The common spaces are not that nice, but the rooms are great and reasonably priced compared to their location and distance from the action. I would stay here again.
