“Stayed there twice”

Nice hotel in a very good location. Easy walk to all the top locations. Best part was the staff! They went out of their way to help us out in any way they could, even helped us get tickets to an almost sold out soccer (futbol) game.

“Pleasant beyond expectations”

The room was very nice with a large flat-screen plasma television dominating the wall facing the comfortable bed. The bathroom was luxurious with a rainfall shower head. Night lights cast a blue glow on the floor toward the bathroom when your foot touched the floor getting out of bed. Only one hardly visible problem: there was mold growing in the hot water kettle. An odd oversight since there were so many details that made the hotel especially nice. But then there were plenty places on La Rambla to go in the morning for a nice cup of coffee--even a Starbucks around the corner.

“Great Hotel in Barcelona”

We were extremely pleased with Le Meridien Barcelona. The hotel is very well situated, just steps off La Rambla and walking distance to the Gothic district and the Picasso Museum. It also is close to Catalunya Square, which is the center for tourism activities in the city. The rooms are good sized, especially for a European hotel. The restaurant in the hotel prepared excellent breakfasts and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the conceirge. There was only one and there was a constant wait for service. However, we found the staff behind the front desk more than willing to step in with helpful information and directions.

Perfect location. Quiet but on the main street LaRambla. Rooms very nice. Only problem was that they seemed to be understaffed - normally not anyone at the concierge desk and a short line at the front desk at all times. I would stay here again.

Centrally located on Las Ramblas in the center of town. Within walking distance to many attractions, and easy metro ride at the doorstep to anywhere. Great shopping, resteraunts withing step of the the hotel. Modern rooms with contemporary decor, recently update. Amazing bedding...down comforter, oversize goose down pillows, nightly turndown service a nice touch also. Friendly, multilingual staff.

“Would definitely book again”

The Le Meridien Barcelona is conveniently located, very clean and modern. Did not eat at the restaurant so quality of food was an unknow. However, the restaurant was small but quite nice. Would definitely book again on another trip to Barcelona.

The best thing about Le Meridien Barcelona is its location - Walking distance from many attractions so even after the night out, we could walk back to the hotel very easily. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended for active travellers!
