- Deposit: The accommodation will block EUR 200 as a deposit for three days after the check-out date to check that the apartments are in the same condition it was at the guests' arrival.
- The swimming pool costs EUR 5 per person per day. (Children under 13 for free, they must go with an adult)
- Guests should inform the property in advance of their expected time of arrival using the information in the confirmation received after booking. Should the client fail to inform us of their arrival time, or should they be delayed in the previously confirmed arrival time, they must note that Lugaris will only answer the arrivals telephone until 01:00.
Check-in will be done at the offices located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14.
Check-ins from 20:00 to 00:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 30.
Check-ins between 00:00 and 08:00 incur an extra charge of EUR 80.
Check-out: the maximum time for check-out is 11:00. On leaving the apartment, clients should leave the keys in our office located at C/ De Vidal i de Valenciano, 14.
The apartment should be perfectly clean and in a perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the deposit will not be returned.
Loss of keys will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.
Cleaning takes place once a week for reservations of more than 7 nights. Extra cleaning services can be requested for a supplement of EUR 30.
Please note there is a surcharge of EUR 1.50 per day for use of the safety deposit box.
Please note hen and stag parties cannot be accommodated in this complex.
Please note under 25 years old cannot be accommodated unaccompanied by an adult (+25).
