When we were making our reservation, we called the hotel to make sure if we should pay for 2 nights or 3 (we got in very early in the morning) and they told us 2 nights. We even called a week before our trip to confirm. We got to the hotel at 3 am and they would not let us check in to the hotel and made us pay for another night in a smaller room. The guy at the front desk (always wears short shorts and works nights) is rude.
When we finally got to our bigger room the next day, we found moldy shoes that were left in the room by prior guests, the iron didn’t work, and one outlet didn’t work. We were also not given a cleaning supply kit that comes in each room. When we told the front desk, they sent the same reception guy and he blamed us for the iron because we should’ve reported it earlier? And didn’t care about the moldy shoes. And he didn’t give us cleaning supply, only gave us one small tide pod.
I would recommend this place to larger parties because it was nice for us (5girls) to stay there as it was spacious. But the service is awful. You do have to clean up after yourself and throw trash away on the street st the end of your stay. Metros within 10 minutes walking.
