“Great post-cruise hotel”

This hotel is in a great location and within short walking distance to many "don't miss" sights. I would choose off property venues for meals however. The buffet options were fabulous but very pricy.

The staff were freindly and helpful. The food was very good. Itwas a great location. You could walk everywhere from the hotel. They have lots of amenities and services that they offer. It is not cheap but worth the cost.

A very nice, clean hotel! Beds were a bit hard, but that MIGHT be a European thing. The pillows were great and the overall appeal of the hotel was comforting, upscale, stylish and still seemed classic as well. The outside noise was pretty loud, even at night, but that's to be expected when staying in such a busy city. I would stay there again [if i could afford it!]

“barcelona-perfect honeymoon”

we stayed at majestic hotel during the last 3 days of our honeymoon. It was our second time in Barcelona and we knew already the area where we wanted to be. The hotel was wonderful in every sense: nice , clean room, perfect location, fantastic service ( a bottle of cava was waiting in our room and we received an upgrade upon check in).

“A True 5 Star Experience”

From the moment we walked through the front door we were greeted like they were trying to make a great impression. Nothing snooty, just plain old fashioned help at every corner. The front desk was extremely helpful on many occasions at making dinner and concert reservations, booking taxis and was a myriad of information about the area. Room service was stellar. Nothing we needed was denied, and the service was expeditious. Our one complaint was with the interactive television. On one occasion we attemped to order a movie which was never displayed. Upon checkout, the front desk promptly deleted the charge. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone traveling to Barcelona.

“Absolutely wonderful Hotel!”

The Majestic is in a great part of Barcelona- in walking distance or short cab ride to many of the sites. The hotel staff is extremely helpful! They recommended area restaurants, booked our train travel to other places in Spain, and were always pleasant. We highly recommend The Majestic but you should avoid the restaurant at the hotel.
