I booked for me and my son. My son invited his gf. They told me I needed to pay extra for the third person. The pic on the booking was different, the room's too small. They insisted the law required 3 beds if there were 3 persons, so complicated after you landed and you're tired it was for me a little too much. I traveled a lot and i always booked the same a room two persons and I can invited. What about when single people are traveling so they cannot invite anyone. Not emphaty.

This is our first time in Europe. We are so glad to stay at this hotel. Very good location with a shopping mall and a lot of food option. It is not crowded with a lot of people and it is close to all sites. Breakfast is a plus too!

Deceiving
This hotel has a decent location for those who do not want to stay in the super tourist area. That would be the only positive. The beds were horrible and we ended up leaving early to go to another hotel. We would ask for things through their app as they requested and preferred and we never got them. They refused to bring ice unless we called through room service so that we would be charged 10 euros for ice. It’s was very unpleasant.

Hotel was lovely. Easy to get to metro station and about 20 minute walk to Sants train station. Only complaints were that the breakfast was too expensive and don’t advertise you have a pool and then charge for it because it’s part of the Spa.

Lovely hotel
Great hotel with great staff. Had an issue on checkin where 2 of the party had been put into a double room rather than twin but reception sorted it out quickly and moved them. The room they were moved too was a downgrade however and we did have a few issues getting replacement gowns/slippers and trying to access the spa, which was included in our booking. Rooms were nice and clean however could have used a bit of an update in the bathrooms as there were a few rust spots and signs of aging. Nothing major. Same could be said about the spa. Spa was a great addition to the hotel. Staff great. However one of the days there were people in there videoing and making the party feel uncomfortable, generally against spa etiquette as this was not ideal as most people don’t like to be filmed while relaxing in their swim suits. This was noticed by 2 members of staff and nothing said, so we assumed this was more of a rule in the UK than other countries. Pool left a lot to be desired with no poop bar and minimal space and deck chairs. Lots of screaming children all hours of the day. Breakfast in the hotel was great. Lots of choice and included white and rose cava as well as a sweet station for kids. The staff were attentive offering coffees, smoothie shots and water. Fast food restaurants in the hotel also great. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food was good. Nice fusion type restaurant. All payment in the hotel you were able to choose the currency. Which was great.

Excellent welcoming at reception, kind , friendly and helpful staff. Hotel isn’t near the center of town, you must travel to the Rambala. There is public transportation by the mall behind the hotel. Room cleaning service could be better, but overall great experience.

Just back from an amazing stay, rooms are a great size for a family. The room and general cleanness of the hotel was exceptional. The beds are ample size and very comfortable. The location is great with plenty of places to eat and drink close by, and if you don’t mind a walk there is plenty of the bigger attraction within walking distance. However, if walking is not your thing there is a taxi rank directly across from the hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I would like to give a personal thank you to Kiría at customer relations who went above and beyond for my family. I would highly recommend and I am hoping I will visit again in the near future.

Very nice location to eat and shop. I like so much that there is always fresh water available for guests. Also instructions on how to operate the coffee machine I would love to see when I come back that all the ladies in the reception give their beautiful smile, that is what is missing.
