“new year´s in BCN”

The hotel is ok, good location in a quiet and safe area of Barcelona. The room was a bit small and hot (they dont turn on the air conditioner in december so we have to sleep with the windows open) and also it could use a few extra lamps.

“Great value for money”

Excellent value for money, staff were all very helpful, pleasant and gave a very high level of service even when very busy. Great location to see Barcelona but still get a quiet night's sleep. Will make a point of using other NH hotels.

“Good hotel but far from downtown”

Decent 4* hotel, nothing fantastic, just ok. A little far from downtown Rambla and the Port though.

“Nice hotel. Not so kind staff”

Customer service at the reception counter needs to improve.

Its an OK hotel.. nothing special. Internet is not great
