“Off the beaten path stay in a Elite Class room”

We stayed here after our cruise and wished we had picked this hotel for before our cruise as well. Book a Elite room the package is every penny worth the cost. Free eats and drinks make it well worth the extra money here. We stayed after our cruise and were checked in as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is off the beaten path but they do offer a free shuttle to Plaça d'Espanya where there is much to see on foot from here. They will also pick you up around six hours later for free. They also offer a shuttle to Los Rambles for around 6 euros each. The rooms were quiet and the beds here were great. Wonderful amenities in the bathrooms as well. Staff was very good here. Just a great place to stay. When we go back to Barcelona for sure this will be the hotel we stay at. Yes they do have a early shuttle but its not early enough. We had a 6:30 flight so they were unable to accomidate us with a shuttle because the earliest shuttle is 5 am. Plus breakfast is not available at this time. If you are in a Elite room though the coffee/ and capuccino machine is available to you at no cost. The free shuttle thing was the only bummer to this trip. Cab fare was around 25 euro that includes the extra fees they charge (it being a Sunday,baggage and airport supplement-it cost you 1 euro extra for each bag). The Elite room service and lounge was every penny worth the extra price. The staff here was among the best Ive seen in my travels.

The hotel was extremely helpful especially when it came to picking us up and taking us to the airport. A very good choice of hotels by the airport.

“Convenient to Airport/ Free Shuttle to La Rambla (city center)”

We decided to stay one extra night in Barcelona after our Mediterranean cruise before hdading home back to Atlanta. We chose this hotel based on it's proximity to the airport as well as the convenience of the free shuttle service to La Rambla. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The conciere was very helpful. We wanted to do some sightseeing for the day. We planned to visit Guell Park, the Sagrada Familia and the Picasso Museum. The conciere was able to map out a route for us, complete with bus and metro (train) transfer information. We were able to catch a late shuttle back to the hotel. The next morning we went to the restaurant downstairs for breaksfast before heading to the airport. They have a wonderful array of items on the buffet. Unfortunately, we were not wanting a big breakfast. They were able to accomodate us with our request for simply coffee, yogurt and muffin. We also took advantage of the free shuttle service to the airport. I would reccommend this hotel.

Friendly staff who spoke english. Concierge fantastic, veryknowledgeable and able to arrange days out to suit needs. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Good food. Would definately stay again.

Staff was friendly.Hotel is spotless.Free computer use.Clean shuttles to airport and downtown.Nice breakfast buffet.We checked in at 7:30am and they gave us a room without blinking an eye!

“Barcelona Airport hotel”

We enjoyed this hotel. It is very clean and had everything we needed. The area has a cafe but very little else around. We arrived early and were able to check in immediately. We took the shuttle to the airport after checking in to see how long it would take and find our check in for the next day. There was no charge for this. The driver did not speak english however knew what we were doing so showed us how to find him to get back to the shuttle for return trip to hotel. In the morning, shuttle was very busy but we were able to get the one we wanted and were dropped off right at the check in desk. The drive to the airport is about 10 mins and shuttle runs every 20 mins from hotel to airport. We ate supper at the hotel and the food was very good but a little pricy. Overall, we would use this hotel again for a night before a flight from Barcelona.

“Wonderful Customer Service!!”

We came in late from Madrid and hotel staff were wonderful. They met you at the Airport with a shuttle and had several shuttles that took you to Port. The rooms were upscale, clean, and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was more than I had expected for a continental breakfast.

“This hotel was excellent in value & service”

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel before taking a 10 cruise. The desk staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel was a 7 minute drive to the airport and @15 minutes to downtown, la Ramblas,etc. The hotel staff spoke English well and was quite accomodating, allowing us checking in early. The room was immaculate, it was trendy and clean. The bedding was pretty luxurious. The bathroom shower was a bit funny to operate but it did the job. we did not eat in the restaurant based on previous reviews and high prices. Over all excellent stay and met others there who felt the same. I would definitely stay here again.
