“Recommended”

This hotel is right near Marina Metro and the tram and within about 15 mins walk of central Barcelona. Staff are helpful and multi-lingual, rooms are on the small side but well designed and spotlessly clean.

“Good for the price”

Basically, student housing with no toiletries provided. Room was clean with a flat screen TV and mini kitchen. Location did not have much to offer but the Marina subway station was two blocks away. Beyond some check in confusion where they tried to charge me again for the room, the staff was very friendly.

“Inexpensive, vibrant and close to the city centre :)”

Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely clean room, EXCELLENT kitchen facilities with everything you could need except for a kettle and a toaster (we made do with saucepans to boil water on the stove, and grilling bread for our toast). The only minor drawbacks were a lack of staff at the reception desks. Often there were queues and people had to wait 5-10mins to be seen. Also water consistently overflowed from our shower to flood our bathroom. BUT overall considering how cheap it was, how secure, how modern and well situated it was we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Our only issue was that the rooms are very small and there the only mirror is tin the bathroom! But overall great service, very secure and rooms were clean. The Location is a very short walk to the nearest metro and is on the main line to Les Ramblas.

“good price, expect your ceiling to leak”

i thought the price was good. location is good, close to great barcelona metro. we had to change rooms. initially the ceiling was dripping a little. the next day there was a steady stream of water. the maintenance guy said it was a frequent occurence. we noticed water stains outside each room. housecleaning is additional charge

“Not really value for money”

Very helpful staff. Close to the L Auditori tram / marina metro and 20 min walk to the Sagrada Familia. Few things not mentioned pre booking - no daily cleaning - info left in the room mentioned cleaning at an extra cost. There was no soap in the bathroom / kitchen and no wifi access inside the room - a cable was provided to connect to the internet through a laptop but my smart phone would not work. A common lounge /kitchen where wifi would work was allocated but had quite a few students there already whenever I checked.

No Soap at hotel, No shampoo, Cleaning service just 1 time per week, narrow rooms
