“Very comfortable, central hotel”

was a kind member of staff at counter who spoke some english and was very helpful. He let us put our bags behind desk for the day before we had to catch our flight back. The hotel is very central to the Ramblas, once you get off the bus at Placa catalunya walk down the Ramblas and turn left at KFC and MacDonalds, that is the best way to remember as it took us half an hour to find it.

“Great Room and great place”

AS I said elsewhere there is so much variability in rooms but I had a great one. They gave me the room which Joan Miro's family lived in when he was born. There were actually two rooms and the bathroom was great with dual sinks and all. I liked the furnishings, teh bows to Miro in decor and all was comfy and nice. The check in and helpers were also great and helpful and friendly. Let me add it is right noext to the square with the town hall in the Gothic Quarter which is a great location.

I shared a twin room with a friend in October, 2008. The staff were very pleasant and every request (extra pillow, 2 shower caps, etc.) were dealt with quickly and efficiently and they were informative and helpful about the local facilities. Rooms very comfortable and quiet and well appointed. I would use again.

Great value & Excellent location just off La Rambla and within walking distance of all city sightseeing. A little noisy in the day due to street traffic but wasn't too bad at night. Clean and comfortable room with great bathroom even if the room was a little small. Was great to look out the window and watch the people and street performers. We would definitely stay there again! Friendly and helpful staff.

“Good location”

We only stayed one night before boarding a cruise ship, but found the hotel's central location ideal for our purposes. It is near the harbour and many local attractions. We enjoyed a good meal at a nearby restaurant recommended at reception and a restful sleep after a long flight.

“Will stay again at Rialto”

I liked the room, bathroom was super clean, good service, very friendly and helpful staff. The food wasn't excellent but there's so many nearby restaurants so that wasn't a problem. Very convenient location 3 minutes away from Las Ramblas, 15 minutes walk from the port, and the nearby metro station makes it very convenient to move around in Barcelona.

“I would stay there again”

Great location. Clean,comfortable room, charming courtyard. On the downside, they charge a fortune for internet access on the lobby computer, and the breakfast buffet is pricey. A continental breakfast included in the room price and free internet access would have made the hotel perfect.

the hotel was nice and quiet, lots of bars and places to eat on the doorstep. 2 mins from las ramblas. will go again.

“Great loction and very nice hotel”

Excellent location for visiting touristic attractions. It's a little bit far if you wanna go to the beach, but the subway station is not far away; just five blocks. Rooms are very comfortable and bathrooms are clean and lately renovated. The only concern is that after 11 pm the area is crowded with drug dealers and heavy-party people. If you are not young enough or not accostumed to this, do not stay near the Ramblas or on the Gothic neighborhood.
