Very helpful staff; and the shuttle van to the airport is free and reliable.

“Great location for Barcelona flights”

We had a very early flight out of Barcelona and this was a perfect stop for the evening. My family and I dined there as well and had two adjoining rooms. The free shuttle is great but be sure to arrive early enough to have your name taken by the front desk in the order in which you arrive. We were on the first 5:00 a.m. shuttle and, by the time was ready to leave, there were more people than seats.

“Great Airport Hotel”

The hotel is very convenient to the airport. Had an overnight layover between flights and didn't want to spend the night in the airport. Front desk staff was very helpful. They actually allowed me to change the reservation from 1 adult to 2 adults on the spot with no additional charge. AVOID the taxi from the airport if at all possible. Minimum charge of 35 euros for any trip (for what was a 2 km trip) which they didn't tell me until after arriving at the hotel. The shuttle is very good (took it the next morning) but I arrived very late (midnight) and mistakenly thought it would be better to just take a taxi. I would definitely return to this hotel if I needed to stay at a hotel near the airport.

“Good airport hotel”

More than adequate place to stay while waiting for an early flight to the USA. Pretty far from town - 20 minute cab ride which made going back and forth expensive.

“Dinner in the bar”

We had a wonderful dinner in the bar area. The wine, food, and service were excellent.

“Barc airport Tryp”

Very nice and comfortable hotel. I only have positives about the rooms. Convenient shuttle to the terminal. Almost as convenient as staying closer to downtown Barcelona, now that the RENFE train runs to the airport and then the hotel shuttle from the airport terminal. You'll probably have to take a taxi, if you are out in downtown Barcelona in the late evening/early morning hours.

“Convenient station hotel”

This hotel is located at Malaga's main train station. That is a reason for our stay. Very convenient and price was good.

“Great Hotel by Barcelona's Airport, but there is nothing there.”

After spending six weeks in Spain, the end of my trip was Barcelona. The hotel is conveniently located by the airport, but it may be confusing on how to get there. I took a train into Barcelona and then a taxi to the airport so that I could take advantage of the free shuttle. (FYI, there is no subway that directly takes you to the airport like there is in Madrid. There is a subway-bus service, but I was too tired to figure it out.) The shuttle picks you in Parking G. There is a small sign and no telephones (as one would expect in the USA). So, I just waited until the shuttle arrived. (You may want to have a cell phone with the hotel's phone number for just in case.) As other reviews have pointed out, there is nothing around the hotel. Instead of paying hotel food prices, I purchased food at the airport and ate in my room. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a one-night stay. If you are thinking about staying longer in Barcelona, you may want to consider a hotel closer to downtown for commuting would quickly become a hassle.

“Nice Hotel!”

The Hotel is nice but it has an inconvenience, its a little bit far from Downtown Barcelona, about 30 to 40 minutes by bus and you have to return before 11 pm that is the last one. So if the purpose of your trip is Leisure and you are planing renting a car its a good option, but if not try finding somo place nearer.
