Probably better suited to families

Pros: Very comfortable bed.
Cons: D├ęcor; Kitchen needed to have much better provisions.
Location: Central, 1 minute walk from metro, car park and taxi rank. Good district.
I tried this as an alternative to a hotel, as a frequent business traveller to Barcelona, and it didn't really hit the mark for me. Best things: spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Spacious (but very stark) living room. Good wifi. Clean throughout. The welcoming and helpful staff. Worst things: kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom was tiny and very scruffy, I have no idea how a parent could help a child in here. The entire flat really needs decorating to cover all the scuffs. Kitchen was poorly equipped: no chopping board, scissors, oil, condiments etc, and the bare minimum of cutlery and crockery. Would only suit people planning to eat out all the time or people happy to bring/buy absolutely everything (apart from washing up liquid). It didn't work for me.

Pros: Location and cleaningness
Cons: No three bedrooms as depicted on the web site, cheap bathroom materials (mold)
Location: Perfect
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the building has been renovated lately. However, we were five and pictures on expedia website are misleading. We were given appt 3-1 and there were no three bedrooms (the pictures show 3 bedroom). My third kid had to sleep in the living room and the bed was not that confortable.
