“Hotel comforts”

This hotel seems to be fairly new so it is very nice and clean. There are some needed improvements on the restaurant menu and on the breakfast offering. Both offerings are scarse with not much to choose from. The beautiful wooden floor in the rooms and hallways are noise conducive so you can hear whenever someone is going up or down the stairs or walking down the hallways. This problem can be fixed if they care about the noise, my room was next to a stairway so I heard nosie everytime someone used the stairs instead of the elevators. The rooms are very nice and the furniture is nice but they get hot during the day and there is no AC or a ceiling fan. the window only cracks open around three inches at the top.
