“Good, Reasonable Bariloche Hotel.”
This is a well located hotel with a modern feel. There is a tour company office in the lobby to assist with sight seeing, one of the staff persons did not speak English, The desk staff is very helpful and speaks English well. Facilities were clean, the Free Internet service fast, and breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional. Our only disappointment was that coffee was not readily served at breakfast--we felt forgotten. The heated pool area on the top floor was clean. We enjoyed a lake view room. We could not determine if the facility had air conditioning. There was a ceiling fan in our room, and in March the temperatures were on the cool side. With the Expedia rates, this was a reasonable place to stay. There were convenient restaurants and shops nearby and central plaza was about two blocks away. One surprise was the electric system. It is necessary for you to insert your room card in a slot inside the front door for all electric outlets and lights to operate--we did not understand this and hotel staff quickly came to show us upon arrival when called. We did encounter this system again at another hotel in San Isidro.
“Wonderful Experience”
The hotel was very upscale, clean, restaurant was excellent. Free breakfast buffet was tasty with something for everyone. Free wireless in the hotel and internet access in the coffee bar.

“GREAT STAY AT THE EDELWEISS”
Very confortable hotel, well located. We had easy access to all the areas attractions from this centrally located hotel. We could waldk to most nearby restaurnts and shopping. The staff was attentive in all our requests.

“Pleasant hotel”
Nice hotel, decent breakfast buffet, clean, very conveniently located. However, if you want a room with a view, you will be on the street side of the hotel- it can be a bit noisy and smoggy from the traffic if you open the windows. So, if you want absolute peace and quiet ask for the room opposite of the street. Also, I think it's a bit pricey for what it offers, but, than again, it seems to be the trend in that area.

Most helpful staff around. They never tired of our many questions about what to do during our stay. The cleaning staff was also most excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, very cosy. The breakfast was great and the atention awesome. The attitude of the people working there was allways very kind and very willing to help in any situation. I highly recommend it.
