“Great stay!”

We stayed here for a night after travelling across from Chile. The hotel was great. The front desk staff were very helpful and fluent in english. Our room was wonderful - two large beds, lots of room and a big bathroom. It was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was included and was an excellent continental-style buffet with lots of choices. The hotel was on one of the busy main streets, but we were not bothered by noise at all, and we were on one of the lower floors, facing the front. It is in a very convenient location to walk around an explore downtown Bariloche by foot. Lots of decent restaurants close by, as was the main shopping street. Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Huge room. Great pool/sundeck. Travel agency, located in lobby, provided crucial assistance in planning activities in Bariloche. Hotel has a charming, European feel.

“Pleasant hotel”

Nice hotel, decent breakfast buffet, clean, very conveniently located. However, if you want a room with a view, you will be on the street side of the hotel- it can be a bit noisy and smoggy from the traffic if you open the windows. So, if you want absolute peace and quiet ask for the room opposite of the street. Also, I think it's a bit pricey for what it offers, but, than again, it seems to be the trend in that area.

“Great hotel in town”

The hotel is nice, clean and confortable. The reception clerks and very friendly. The restaurant service is a bit slow in the breakfast, but the food is good. It is located in town, walking distance from squares, stores and restaurants!

“Friendly staff, cozy rooms, great view”

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in the middle of a Buenos Aires trip and we cannot be more pleased with the hotel. While the location is next to one of the main streets, we never had issues with noise. In fact, it's within close walking distance to the quaint downtown area where you'll find many restaurants and other tourist spots. The staff was always very attentive to all of our needs and provided us a room with an excellent, unobstructed view of the lake. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and had a great selection of food.

“Wonderful Experience”

The hotel was very upscale, clean, restaurant was excellent. Free breakfast buffet was tasty with something for everyone. Free wireless in the hotel and internet access in the coffee bar.

the hotel is in exelente location , the staff were very helpfull ,the food was good, the room was very clean and the size it was very confortable. definitly I will recomend this hotel .

“Great experience!!!”

This was our best choice in my vacations at Bariloche with my wife. The room was huge and confortable; with a king bed, a whirlpool, and a great view to the Nahuel Huapi lake. The staff was more than pleased to help us in any way. Breakfast is included and was really good also. The hotel has a nice climated pool, a gym, and a spa. It is the best hotel in town. Hotel location is excellent, just a few blocks from the Mitre street, where the action is. The Catedral (ski mountain) is a few kilometers away but can be easily accessed with a taxi cab. The hotel's concierge can book from a variety of trips around Bariloche and the bus will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel. If I go back to Bariloche, this will be where I'll stay!!!
