"Barossa escape @ Jacobs Creek Retreat"
Jacobs Creek Retreat is beautiful, full of history and charm. Charles can't do enough for you and shares little stories about the region along the way - he engages, but doesn't intrude. We stayed for 5 days and will easily go back. The Orlando suite was spacious, comfortable and inviting and breakfast was hearty.

"A wonderful old rstored cottage/cabin"
We thoroughy enjoyed our stay at the B&B Greenock's Old Telegraph Station. We walked in and it felt like home. The living room was very cosy and there was a great attention to detail. The kitchen had been redone wonderfully and it was well equipped.. There was food in the refrigerator for breakfast, which we ended up eating for dinner as it wa a very windy night and we did not want to go out. We had a cheese omelette and bacon with a salad as we were carrying food with us, as we were travelling for six weeks in Australia and NZ and we didn't want to eat out all the time. The woner, Sue, provided the eggs and bacon , milk and jusice , bread and jams. It was truly wonderful. We took a leisurely morning before we left to see the wineries in the Barossa Valley and had a lovley soak in the jacuzzi tub. The bathroom has been restred beautifully. A bottle of wine was also on the house. We enjoyed! I would have loved to stay longer, but we were unfortunately on a strict timeline.

"Three nights in the Barossa Valley"
Your hotel is excellent. Just one suggestion; the bar area is a bit untidy and disorganised. A better defined bar area would do a better trade, in my view.
