First time reserving a room here, pleasantly surprised! Front Desk was super friendly and made the whole check in/out process very easy. Room looked dated, but very clean and overall had great space. Shower had a good pressure. Bed and bedding was comfortable and clean. The pool / hot tub is in the main building, a bit of a walk outside to get there, no biggie. Changerooms and pool area overall is clean, pool had dirt at the bottom? Overall a great experience and would book again!

Nice clean resort in horseshoe valley. Spacious units. Good location with close proximity to ski slopes and Vetta spa. Would stay here again.

This property was absolutely beautiful, it had all the amenities, the most friendly and accommodating staff, and the suites themselves were so well equipped we were blown away. As a family that travels often these rooms were by far the most well prepared to allow for us to eat most meals in the room. The pool and rec area was great as well the kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! We will absolutely be booking this suite again

Very good property. Nice room. Clean. All tbe ammenties you need in the room. Lots of extra ammenities on site. Staff was friendly, good recommendations for the area. Only complaint was our shower didnt work very well. Not really any hot water, shower head seems very old.

This is a very nice ,quiet resort ,just next to Horseshoe Resort. Very clean rooms ,very spacious. The pool was really nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Just perfect for my needs. I came for the Vetta Nordic Spa just a short distance away and didn't want to have to drive to far afterwards..this resort fit the bill. Quiet, spacious rooms, super comfy bed, kitchenette (bring your own food), great pool and hot tub. Everything I needed for my getaway.

Overall good place to stay to enjoy the winter activities at Horseshoe area. The price is also reasonable for the size of the room. The staff weren’t friendly. The washroom was dirty, full of pee stain around the toilet seat and the bowl was dirty with poop stains.The coffee in the room was disgusting and tasted like mud water. Bring your own pillow if you want a good night sleep.

Regarding the Housekeeping, we looked into this have been doing overview with cleaners to try to assure rooms are to our standard. To hear that the staff that you encountered were not friendly. Nice place near the Horseshoe sky resort. It was a time share facility that was converted to a resort hotel. Across is the nice spa. I had hard time finding the office Google Map took me on a side road.

Our stay here is always amazing. The only downfall is that the driveway was not plowed when we checked in late. We got stuck twice with no assistance. There was over a foot of snow Friday January 13th at midnight in the driveway. When we informed the security guard, he made no attempt to have it cleaned or offer assistance.
