Horseshoe Resort

Enjoyed our stay staff was very pleasant and we had a great view from our room. Only complaint is that there was no room service or take out service close by for breakfast. We had a teething baby and weren't able to sit down somewhere so we had to drive into Barrie to pick up take out for breakfast

Great experience, the room was clean, the beds were amazing and so were the pillows. Also got a chance to experience the spa which was a great relaxing experience and would recommend to anyone. Only thing that was missing, following a full day of fun, retreating to the room to relax was nice, however there was no sattelite TV, limited channels.

We stayed two days and one night at this resort, it was a long weekend and the resort was completely booked. Despite the fact that the resort was booked, we experienced no problems with long lines, waits and it never felt crowded. The room was very clean, rather large and very comfortable. The onsite restaraunt is a little pricey but excellent food and service. CrazyHorse was affordable, but not fine dining. Pool is small, but great for kids. I would for sure come back to Horseshoe Valley.

Very clean and nice room and bathroom. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Two pools with the works, but the maintainence of them was pretty bad. The silk restaurant was descent. My overall experience was good, 4 stars, however for the price I paId I'd expect significantly more.

I stayed at the hotel with my 12 year old son and we had a great time. We purchased an all day Adventure Pass and participted in the following activities; zip line, Ogo Ball, rock climbing, mini golf, Euro Bungy, and the maze. On a previous trip I went on the TreeTrekking tour with my 14 year old daughter and it was a fantistic experience. We also used the hotel pool, sauna and squash courts. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Buffet breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced at $15 per adult and $12 per child. There was not much to do at night, but since we were so exhausted from the days activities we decided to order a pizza and watch the Olympics in our hotel room. Overall the stay was a great experience and highly recommended.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was a little small considering it was a suite however it was clean and around a lot of stores and restaurants so it was easy to get around.
