Cheap place to stayPosted Sep 27, 2014
After a night at the casino, we needed a place just to sleep. and this was the cheapest hotel we found and it was not great but it was clean and quiet.

Good 3 star valuePosted Aug 2, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff and reasonably clean.
Cons: Good enough for the price.
Location: Reasonably close to downtown but transportation is required to get to most places.
No real surprises but this is simply a decent 3 star motel and good value for the money. It is good for 1 or 2 nights if you are using it for some sleep and a place to keep your stuff while you tour the area. No complaints.

Nice hotel for the price.Posted Aug 1, 2014
Nice hotel for the price. Hotel itself could be cleaner. Not in walking distance to any restaurants.

Clean and comfortable basic accommodation.Posted Jun 29, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness, comfort of the bed, quiet, value.
Cons: reduce vibration of the a/c.
Location: Convenient to downtown Orillia and Highway 11 north and south.
This is an ideal motel for those who want an inexpensive, clean and comfortable spot to stay overnight perhaps arriving late and leaving early. The rooms are small but well equipped with microwave and fridge, table and two chairs and a sofa. Only one channel ( CBC ) was available on the TV. The queen size bed had to be placed close to the inside wall and it was impossible to get out of bed on that side. A simple continental breakfast was offered in the lobby. It was very quiet except for an LG air-conditioner which was noisy when the cooling cycle kicked in. Road noise was negligible through the excellent windows.

Never to return to this hotel.Posted Jun 23, 2014
Cons: See above.
Room smelled of smoke and was musty. Toilet was dirty and stained. "Free Breakfast" was disappointing and there was no place to sit. Back door on 2nd floor was propped open for people to come and go, therefore, no security measures in place. Hotel is rundown.

Not a nonsmoking roomPosted Jun 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
The front desk service was good and the room was what we thought except for the smell of old tobacco smoke. Not a non smoking room. Bad smell and tobacco stains on tub and furniture. The velux blanket on the bed had a large spot of dried blood. A little disappointed!!

It was fine. A little noisy but fine. Nothing fancy but clean enough and comfortable enough.
