“great location, great service, good price”

staid here for a few days and it was a great pick. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Location is unbeatable, right in front of the Cathedral!

“Great Location”

Our top floor, front room overlooked the Cathedral and was the perfect location for visiting Strasbourg. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side, adequate for our needs, clean and comfortable. Free WiFi in the room was a real plus. On the downside, we were awakened at 7 a.m. by trash trucks and church bells and the room location required lugging our suitcases up two half flights of stairs at either end of the short elevator ride.

“Will return, good hotel and can't beat the Location!”

Hotel Cathedrale is a nice 3 star hotel right on the Cathedral square in Strasbourg. You can't beat the location, walk out the front door and the Cathedral is right there. Strasbourg is a beautiful city with lots to see and full of Alsatian charm. The Hotel is very nice, comfortable and quiet. We reserved the least expensive room. It was an inside room (view of the enclosed stairwell) so it was quiet. It was small, as many European hotel rooms are, but had a comfortable bed, a nice TV, a safe and a minibar. The bathroom was tight, if it had been 6 inches wider it would have been fine. But the shower was great and everything worked. W will return to Strasbourg and will stay at Hotel Cathedrale again, but I would recommend getting the second least expensive room, paying a few Euors more for a little bigger bathroom.

“Perfectly positioned and charming small hotel”

A very beautifully decorated small hotel right in front of the Catherdral You can expect artfully decorated, very comfortable and very clean room Only a few have direct view on the cathedrale which is less than 50 m away The location at the heart of the city could not possibly be more convenient

“I definitely recommend this hotel!”

Beautiful hotel, wonderful location RIGHT next to Little Notre Dame Cathedral and friendly staff! Our room was too warm for comfortable sleeping conditions, but 1) it was New Year's night so we couldn't open the window, 2) however, we didn't ask the front desk to fix it. There is a busy cafe right next door that looks great, although we didn't try it. I would recommend trying the cafe because the 13Euro breakfast at the hotel wasn't really worth it. The hotel is also right down the row from the Tourism Office, if you have any questions. We will definitely stay here next time we're in Strasbourg!

“S'burg trip”

Many different size rooms, so hard to rate. Mine was clean, comfortable but small. Location can't be beat, immediately next to Cathedral and Cathedral Square. Convenient to everything. Breakfast buffet not a bargain considering no hot food. Breakfast at small restaurant/creperie next door half that price. Staff helpful, friendly and speak English. I would definitely return.

“Great location next to Strasbourg Cathedral”

Good, central hotel within easy reach of main sights. Cathedral bells ring every 15 minutes until 9pm and from 7am - so not great if you want a lie in, but otherwise fine!

“STRASBOURG IS GREAT”

This hotel is very central and ideal for walking around the city centre. It was very clean and well maintained. At night there can be some noise from the square out front but this is only to be expected due to its location.

“character, charm, and friendly and helpful service”

This hotel is not one you will easily forget. Very cute, right next to the cathedral, and friendly service. It was not all that easy to get luggage to and from the car, but once settled you are in the town center.

Ideally located hotel. Would use the hotel again. Rooms comfortable, not large. Front desk excellent
