Thank you for your kind words about our team, always happy to welcome you :) We offer several categories of rooms, more or less large. Please ask us before you book, so that we can advise you on the best room for you. However, I am surprised to read your feedback about our hospitality products. Indeed, we offer in our large Privilege rooms a courtesy tray with coffee and tea and a kettle. In the bathroom, you will find a liquid hand soap in a refillable bottle, as well as a shampoo and shower gel in a refillable bottle to avoid single use. We check the level of these products every day, but if you run out, don't hesitate to ask us :) In addition, we have other relief products at reception such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, or a shower cap! From today we are offering water bottle in room for our guest :) Thank you for all your kind words about your experience in our hotel, we hope to welcome you back for your next stay ! Dear David, We are sorry that you were disappointed with your stay. All our room and description are on the website, size etc.. This is a superior room, that's the name we gave it. Our better and bigger rooms are called Prestige but it's more expensive. So it depends on what you are looking for, anyway all the characteristics are online. As for the TV, it was a problem from our provider, but it's fine now. And we do have English channels like BBC. Once again we are sorry you were not happy with your stay. Cheers

Dear Daniel, Thank you for you feedback. We took note on your remarks, there is just one thing that i find weird. You can control the A/C from every room in the hotel so I don't understand why you had to call the reception. The white box on the wall is the A/C control. I'll check further for this matter. And for the parking, indeed we have negociated 10 spots with the public parking, we could'nt get more and we have 26 rooms so indeed it is better to book in advance. We are very happy that you enjoyed our location which is great as you underlined. We hope you had a good time in Biarritz. Take care

Dear Darren, thank you for your message. We’re sorry for the inconviniences for arriving to our hotel, it is true that No-car-Sunday poses some problems to get around in the city centre. As for the building site, the work in the reception doesn’t interfere with the normal routine. Regarding the works in the rooms, we’re sorry for the noises, it wasn’t supposed to be noisy, otherwise we wouldn’t have reserved that room for you. The problem with the water was totally unexpected, we’re very sorry for it and we did our best to solve it as quickly as possible. Dear Guest, We are sorry that my colleague tried to charge you the prepaid booking. This a new fonctionnality here at the hotel, and we are not quite use to it yet. Unfortunately the breakfast is never included through Expedia. Indeed we have an arrangement with the public parking, the center of Biarrtiz is very small that's why hotels doesn't have their own. But the parking comes with a price, with us it's much cheaper though. We are very happy that you enjoyed our location and the cleanning service. Best regards
