BrilliantPosted Mar 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
The reception staff were lovely, I was very impressed how the two I met switched between Spanish, French and English between them. The apartment was a good size, and spotless when I came in. My balcony was small but great to have, it was nicely hidden by the palm tree out the front, so even though it was more or less on the street it was quite private. Location is also brilliant - 5 minutes to a Carrefour and a Petit Casino, and then 5 or 10 minutes in the other direction to the main beach. It was also hard to get lost, as you could use the Hotel du Palais at the end of the street as a marker and that was visible all along the coast. I got a taxi there, but if I went again I wouldn't bother - it would have been very easy to find from the bus, even with suitcases, and the journey was so short the money wasn't worth it! My only suggestion would be to have a proper bed rather than a fold out in my room - there was a lot of free space and it seems like a little bit of furniture-moving could have allowed a bed as well as a sofa, though it was still perfectly comfy.

Comfortable and convenientPosted Dec 16, 2013
Pros: Receptionists were very helpful. Clean, convenient and comfortable at a reasonable cost. Local artisan boulangerie and boucherie!
Cons: If I had known beforehand that I needed to give an hours notice to access the sauna, I could have planned things better to make use of the facilities.
Location: Within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre one way and the rugby ground the other!
Spent two enjoyable nights at P&V Haguna I prefer to have the option of independent catering etc and found the accommodation ideally suited to my requirements. Out of hours access and key collection communication worked well. Prior knowledge of the fantastic local bus service would have saved me a taxi fare from the airport. Worth finding out the route 14 times as it only costs 1euro for any travel within the hour of purchase on the bus or 2euros for any travel during the 24hr period after purchase.

Excellent location and good valuePosted Jul 10, 2012
Pros: Location. Parking. Helpful staff. Value.
Cons: Some building work going on next door so a little noisy at present.
Location: Very stylish with historical interest coupled with surfing/beach emphasis now.
Excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach. Very helpful staff. Good parking facilities. Just starting to look a little tired around the edges in one or two places but more than made up for in other ways. Would definitely stay here again. Good value. Good size apartments.

Pierre & Vacances Residence Haguna, BiarritzPosted Nov 25, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotel more a solid 3 * not the 4* it purports to be. Reception staff very helpful. Actual hotel easy to miss as sandwiched between two other hotels. Located within easy walk into town, the seafront. & 10 mins walk to the rugby ground.

Would definitely go back againPosted Jul 17, 2008
The hotel is very well located - only 300m or so from the main beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved it. It was a self catering appartment but it did strike us as slightly odd that you have to take your rubbish to a municipal bin a little way down the street. However, that was a minor matter and we would go there again without hesitation. If one had an aversion to noise it would be better to be at the back of the hotel which is on a quieter street than the front.
