Good little, cheap hotel.Posted Nov 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great place - I always stay there when travelling through the area. The restaurant next door in the Campanlie is very good too.

Only good for a nightPosted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: It was the cheapest hotel in Biarritz- even then I don't think it's value for money.
Cons: Decor, updating of facilities.
Location: Location is near the airport - we walked. Otherwise nothing really close by- the local campanile restaurant closed at 10pm
We stayed here for one night on the way to Spain. The room stank of mould or damp or something- the room seemed quite clean though. Just the decor and the smell made me want to sleep with clothes on. This place is good for a night but I wouldn't stay here for more than that. Plus the maid just walked in the room at 9am the following day- she didn't knock or anything. This place needs some serious TLC.

Basque love!Posted Jun 12, 2013
Cons: staff doesn't speak english...
Location: good location near airport.
There is a wonderful Basque restaurant/hotel up the street from here -Gochoki. Eat there! Family-style menu, so good with old Baque men singing there Basque songs. Perfect experience!

"No Compromise Slogan" Best Joke I've heard!Posted Oct 7, 2010 on Hotels.com
Only stay here if it is the last room available. I would recommended sleeping on the beach before staying here. Although we new we had booked a budget hotel (we had used this chain before) we thought we were aware of what to expect. This was not the case. The service and condition of the room was by far the worst we have ever stayed in!. Some of problems were, broken toilet, poor plumbing, missing soap dish, sugesting that we wanted extra towles so we could steal them etc etc...................This really is a dreadful hotel and we will never use this chain again.

I suppose you get what you pay for, but i would recommend that you find a few extra euros if at all possible. Customer service is virtually extinct, breakfast is minimal to say the least and to describe the rooms as basic would be a compliment.

excellent position ideal for my tripPosted Mar 25, 2009 on Hotels.com
Situated mid-way between Airport and Train station on a quite road. Easy walk from both. A large note addressed to me greeted us with entry instructions in English. The 'night porter' greeted us as well - clearly awaiting our late arrival. Any easy comfortable night and a good start to my back-pack to western Spain.
