“Exactly as described”

Yes, as an international hotel brand it was a bit characterless and could have been in any European city however, it was exactly as described and what more can you ask for? The exterior was somewhat plain but inside all was spacious, clean and comfortable. The reception staff were all particularly helpful and had lots of information on local buses, which we used all the time. The room was spacious, clean, extremely comfortable and had a great view of the sea. Everything worked! Brilliant roof-top pool but the poor weather restricted our use of it to just a quick early morning dip! Breakfast wasn't fantastic - a bit pricey and used items were not replenished. However, what was there was OK. Restaurant was again, OK, but not quite 4 star. Yes, would stay there again.

“Gracious and Cheerful Staff”

My friends and I all spent the weekend in the Raddison SAS Biarritz. The hotel staff was immediately welcoming, check-in was fast and efficient and they were happy to answer my fractured French or equally happy to speak in English! This went for all the staff. Our room faced the sea and was spacious and comfortable. Every amenity was in the room including an iron and ironing board. The hotel itself is perfectly placed near the center of town. It is a newish building which is presented beautifully. The public spaces are tastefully decorated with comfortable sitting areas and a fully appointed bar. The lifts and lobbies are clean and cheerful. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone with a discerning tastes.

The hotel was ideal for the weekend spent in Biarritz. Two minute walk from town centre and from beaches. Room was excellent - spacious and clean. Breakfast was very expensive so declined this though evening meals in hotel restaurant were good and reasonably priced. Don't use the mini bar - the prices are frightening!

This hotel is positioned slightly out of town but within easy reach of the old port and the beaches. The hotel staf are friendly and helpfull and all speak english. The views of the pyrenees and the cote de basques beach from the rooftop terrace bar are spectacular. We will certainly return!

“Expensive but worth it!”

I recently visited this hotel for a short break with my husband to get a break away from our hectic family life. The hotel was immaculate and the staff couldn't have been more helpful to us. I would have no hestitation in recommending this to any other couples wanting to get away together to spend a few days in luxury.

Great location near the beach and shopping areas. Lovely roof top pool. Although drinks at the hotel were very expensive.

Very comfortable hotel and would stay again. We opted away from the more expensive sea view room and was glad as the hotel is not by the sea. Print yourself a map to find the hotel.....best piece of advice
