Rose's Birthday celebration week
Breakfast was lovely, great quality and variety. Rooftop restaurant had great service, great food. Room cleaning was excellent. Reception staff were extremely helpful for all our needs. I'd certainly return.

The location of this property is the best part of the hotel - within walking distance from everything. However the hotel itself is in very rough condition - as an example the air conditioning did not work, the wall paint was peeling off the walls from humidity and the window was hanging on one hinge which was a safety hazard in our opinion especially with a 3 year old.

Our stay was marred by the closure of the roof bar on our last day and all the noise of preparations for upcoming work which disturbed everyone around the pool. The hairdryer in our room was feeble - these all need replacing with regular power versions.

Lovely hotel, brilliant location and great staff.
Lovely hotel, brilliant location and great staff. Once again our room was well equipped, clean and comfortable, the rooftop pool and bar were great to relax after the drive and breakfast was very good. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening, out the front door to the right there is a street with loads of restaurants, it was really buzzing, great food.

Great hotel very close to the historic town of Biarritz and surfing beach. Staff were friendly. Food at the hotel was decent, although room service is limited. The pool has no shade and very hot - would be nice if the hotel provided a few umbrellas on the rooftop!

Great location and the rooftop pool was fab! Bedrooms are a good size, bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a revamp but the view and location makes up for it.

Stayed three nights. Great location and service. However the property was a little rough and especially the air conditioning gave off a grinding sound a few minutes every hour. which was annoying and was not or could not be fixed. Which also happened at night and kept waking me up.

Capex needed!
With a Raddison you expect quality. In fairness the staff were excellent and no problem there, the hotel though is falling apart. Panes of glass broken, doors falling apart, retro bathrooms, uneven paving, unpainted walls. Bar food options dreadful and astonishingly over priced. Capex urgently required

Beautiful Biarritz
Location is good. Walkable to city center. Hotel premium room is nice but has few socket points. Roof top restaurant can do with some renovation especially the surrounding glass panels. Reception friendly staff but a little inexperienced in giving advice on buses and day trips.

Awful!
Awful! There was a motorbike rally on, unbeknown to us for the night we stayed. We feel we should have been advised when booking, or before we arrived, giving us the option to change hotel,as bikes revving up and roaring up and down outside the hotel day and night, was hardly the quite trip we had planned. The hotel had many of the bikers staying at the hotel and they completely blocked the entrance and exit into the carpark and no one from the Hotel did nothing to assist other people staying there. Also the carpark ticket wasn’t validated properly causing even more problems getting out.also we had some sort of alarm sounding noise, that was intermittently going off all through the night ( possibly faulty aircon) which even when switched off kept going. We complained to the receptionist but she just smiled, ignored our complaints and took the 30 euro a night carpark fee. Did not even offer to waive it. Not my idea of good customer service.

Two night stopover
Good hotel - reception very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Had supper in ground floor restaurant - food and service good. Then had supper following night in 5th floor restaurant as ground floor one closed. Food was ok but service disappointing. Room very good and well equipped. Happy to use again.

The building and all rooms require a refurbishment. I am surprised that this hotel is a four star. Staff coordination is poor - all communication with the reception stops with the person and is not passed on. When I requested guidance for a bus to San Sebastian, I was given a brochure for a bus that doesn’t exist and cost me a two hour wait until I could arrange something else. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and positive.

We got stuck in a basement room with only a view of a wall directly outside our window. It felt like we were in the dungeon. The rooms are very dated and badly need a refurbishment. The location was excellent and the staff was fairly helpful.

Worst hotel room I’ve stay in Europe
Worst hotel room I have ever been, beds need urgent reposition. The property is very much run down. Carpets have stains. Air conditioning never worked in our room. Requested non smoking but the smoke odor was awful. The little fridge was not working. Thanks god it one nite only.

Very nice hotel, located a short walk from the Plage des Basques (the best beach for swimming/surfing IMHO). Room was spacious and clean, although halls and corridors looked a bit tired, but still adequate. 10 minute walk from the Casino and the Plage Grande, where you want to be at night. Excellent deal for the money. Forget the breakfast-included, there is plenty of nice cafes to grab a bite in the morning.

Poor little effort made to support guests bed was not conducive to good nights sleep room facilities poor no mention of whether b,fast was included after asking reception and in dining room confirmation was included on check out tried charging to which I refused. definitely not worth The cost we stayed I much better for half the cost the fact it’s location is good in Biarritz will not carry the day
