Convenient Location

Pros: Location, friendly staff, good business facilities including free wifi in the room.
Cons: Room looking tired, nicks out of bath, holes in towels etc, nothing major.
Location: Wasn't there for the things to do but it is a handy location for visiting the industry and businesses nearby
The hotel is the only one in the area, it is OK for business, restaurant is adequate but there are other places to eat nearby. Room lighting is sparse, and the bathroom extractor fan is loud and cannot be turned off. However it is fairly quiet the bed is comfortable, the shower has plenty of pressure and the staff are pleasant. It is in need of a refresh.

Pros: Nothing really.
Cons: The whole place needs a refurbishment.
Location: It was close to where we needed to be but there is nothing to do here.
Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are worse. There is mould in the bath/shower and the tiles are dirty. Staff are not friendly other than one man in the restaurant one night. Would not stay here again.

I had a great stay in your hotel. I had some very busy days business related, so it was nice to get to the hotel after work to relax. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, particularly those involved with the in-room dinner service (ordering/delivery, and the food was excellent); and also the young man (can't remember his name) at reception when I arrived to check in was very welcoming. Later when I discovered I didn't have a power source for my TV he responded immediately and came up to resolve the problem. I was most impressed. I stay at hotels/motels regularly in my job, both in Australia and NZ. In comparison to other places, your hotel and staff stand out above the others by far. I would recommend your hotel to colleagues and friends without hesitation.

Hi Phil, sorry you were unhappy with our location. Next time you visit Sydney you may prefer to stay at our Rydges World Square location based in the centre of Sydney.

Pros: Value for money, friendly reception
Cons: 4 star is over rated. The facilities is old, the carpet does not feel dry.

Good, clean place to stay

Pros: Staff is great.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. Hotel is conveniently located, close to a shopping center, eating places, and gas stations. It is easy to find. The staff is very attentive and exceedingly polite.
