Bastille - Republique 11), Paris Choice Hotels

Northeast of Place de la Bastille, this working-class neighbourhood is gradually becoming fashionable with younger Parisians. Trendy boutiques, cafés and bars are replacing the older shops and bistros, although some old-fashioned workshops survive.
