Very rudePosted Nov 30, 2013
not understanding toward my situation and was very judgemental and condescending. I spent several hundred dollars staying here and brought additional business and he wouldn't offer me any rate discount even went up on my rate but gave my friends a better rate not realizing that I was financially responsible for both parties. I live in hotels in this area as I am homeless from the fires and offer steady reliable business daily and I was treated like a criminal. I will not be spending my hard earned money staying here ever again.

Pros: Close to Bastrop
Location: Not far from Buc-ees!
Rooms are outdated and in desperate need of a thorough, deep clean. The air conditioning is noisy and the unit was filthy plus the wall light switches in our room were a bit hap hazard at best! We only stayed here as it was the only hotel we could get close enough for the Grand Prix, won't stay here again.

Would NEVER recommend!Posted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: They had yogurt on their express breakfast cart.
Cons: Cleanliness! And, attitude of management.
Location: On the outskirts of town. Nothing nearby.
Please do not stay at this location, especially with your family!!! The hotel is located immediately off the interstate, poorly lit and quite a distance from town. The 'heads up' signal should have been the glass window with a slide thru only access ----- but no; I had to continue to the room. Greeting me within view were the remains of adult only materials and extremely worn out furniture and bedding. I get it, sometimes folks just need a room for a few hours, but still, you think the management would be concerned with cleaning. Since, my room was prepaid, they did not feel obligated to do anything when I complained, except be even ruder than the evening before. A bargain hotel room should not mean dirty.

The location was great for my needs. The beds need to be a little softer, it felt like I was sleeping on a board.

Great Price - Better StayPosted Jul 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room had amenities that were not mentioned. (More bang for my buck.) The stay was quiet, and everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and professional. I was able to get comfortably everywhere I needed to go - without having to fight traffic. My husband and I have been going to Bastrop every year for his birthday, and we swapped hotels for the first time this year - because the rate seemed much better (down by half) and were surprised that for half the rate we got twice the service and amenities than our previous hotel. We aren't going back to the other place!!

Never again!Posted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel needs housekeepers that take pride in their work! The manager/owner(s) need to take pride in their facility. Staff was friendly. That was the only positive thing about my stay.
